Room was ok, basic. You get what you pay for. 1 pillow each, thin but we made it work. Initial staff was a young girl, lovely, nothing seemed too much trouble for her. When we walked out our room one morning to a homeless man sleeping on the floor, we tried to tell a memeber of staff. Who was sat on his phone and when i said excuse me totally blanked me. All in all you get what you pay for, close to amenities, good tram and bus access around.

This offers good value for money if the price is right. Clean, well equipped, good location. We were supposed to receive a free bottle of wine but we didn’t. Despite this I would stay again.

Apartaments are a bit used, it should be a bit renovated. It was mentioned that extra wine will be at room, but it was not given. Room could be cleaner. Breakfast is acceptable, but for this price offer is better im other hotels. Generally just ok. Too high price for offered value. Please not promise wine in reservation, when you are not giving it for guests.

+ good location ten minutes by walk from the central square + good breakfast, wide choice + clean apartment as well as bathroom, except of dirty ventilator - we should receive bottle of wine as Gold members: we got nothing - TV did not work - we had triple room - a small wardrobe in the small single part of apartment would be highly appreciated

We were texted the codes beforehand, so we were able to enter the hotel when we arrived late at night. Hotel was immaculate, very clean and tidy. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Ideally situated in the city centre, only an 18min walk to Old Town
