Room was not cleaned well, bedding did not fit on the beds (sheets were like a cot size) which were awful and uncomfortable. The entrance (after we found it as there is no indication whatsoever of where it is from the outside) smelt like sewerage which made for an unpleasant entrance. The reception is on the 6th floor in what can only be described as a bar. The dishwasher was horrendous and I was not confident of any dishes being clean. I gave it 1 star for the location but everything else about it was poor.
The apartment was spacious and at a nice location, in a vibrant neighborhood and 20-ish mins to the Old Town Square.
The apartment is advertised to have a washer, but it doesn't. Only the hooks are there. There are random cables in the open and towels were really cheap. The communication either by phone or email was challenging.
The property seems in transition. It needs a bit of attention and care.
Expected a big hotel with first floor hobby, but it's hard to spot from the street. The address helps but the lighting was dark so you have to walk up closely to see a small sign with the hotel name. It's part of a building so doesnt stand out from other apartment nearby. but once you find the small sign/door and buzz the button, the staff will let you in and elevator up to 6th floor to check in. The check in desk is part of the rooftop bar. Pretty cool, easy going process. the staff is very nice.
The location was really nice, and it was easy to get around the city with this accommodation as a center. Unfortunately the room was really dirty. Mold-like spots underneath the bathroom floor, and dirty sheets. The beds also looked really grimy. The room itself smelled so heavily of some kind of air freshener that we were constantly airing out the room. The first three floors are under heavy construction, which was really offputting, and we initially thought we were at the wrong place. This also meant our friend who had trouble walking, couldn't use the elevator, because the construction workers kept it occupied. The staff however were super friendly, and were relatively easy to get into contact with.
The apartment block was a building site, with the first three floor being stripped back to bare blockwork. The apartment was a good size however it was outdated and the carpet and furniture was heavily stained.
Arrived to find our building was being renovated- dust and dirt everywhere. We were not able to use the elevators this first day as the tradespeople were using them. Building was old, dark, dingy, and smelt of cigarettes. Front door to the building was not secure. Advertised as a luxury suite and is far from this. No bodywash left, heater not able to be turned on and sheets on bed kept slipping off mattress. Music blaring at 2:30am and no communication about check out (no one at reception and no replies to messages).
Positives: close to city and river, lots of space, cooking facilities and clean bathroom.
