Superb location, right next to the city's main train station and a major mall. The room was very well furnished with an excellent view. The breakfast buffet every morning had a very wide selection of food.

The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or disinfected for weeks, the paper hanger leaked dirty water onto the paper roll (how is it even possible???) making the roll unusable. The mattress was a slab of lumps, impossible to sleep on. Overall, the only thing going well was the location next to the train station, but next time I’d find a different place to sleep.

Although we had a budget room- we feel a kettle and tea/ coffee/sugar/ uht milk sachets would have been a welcoming addition. 10 minutes to station a big plus.

Female staff were extremely helpful and polite, great location near to the Galeria and train station. Sadly, noisy guests on my floor ruined the stay somewhat. Rooms opposite the station are noisy, therefore, ask for a car park view room. Clean rooms and hotel. Would stay again as the price is good.

I always trying to book this hotel on my long way to home.This hotel is giving me 100% chance to sleep well, eat a good quality food and stay in very convenient area, which is cover all my needs during the journey. The staff is always very friendly and nice. Everyone is ready to help. Only one thing made me disappointed during my last stay is significant price rises for the room and dinner in the Ibis Restaurant. I would like to have some discounts for return customers. I will choose Ibis anyway but a small bonus would be very nice.

The hotel is next the main train station, shopping mall. The loby area is basic, clean and welcoming, there are some seating and a water cooler. Room is good condition, aircon is in working order, bed is super comfortable. The good water pressure is definitely a plus.

There are two Ibis hotels - we stayed at the "Budget" Room for 2 was a king bed, small shower and small toilet. Clean and bed was firm. Breakfast for 45 Zoloty was OK. Right next to train station which was the reason we chose this hotel. 5 minute walk into Old Town.
