Modern hotel in great location

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and liked my modern and clean room. It is true that the rooms are a bit noisy because the hotel is right next to the main train station and you can hear and feel the trains go past. Maybe this was more noticeable in my room because it was on the first floor. The noise insulation inside the hotel also isn’t the best (I heard my neighbours quite well) but this didn’t bother me too much as I only stayed 2 nights. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location close to the train station, a big shopping centre, and the old town which is easily reachable on foot. There are good public transport links as well with bus and tram stops nearby.

A modern property with an excellent location, a short walk to the old town, right across from the main train station and tram access, yet very quiet save some minor rumble from the trains. The room was small, but very nice, staff was helpful and nice, and it was an excellent value for the cost.

Located directly across the street from the central train station, this wonderful hotel is a perfect choice for convenience and ease of train travel. The staff is excellent and the hotel modern and very clean. Great price, nice bar, restaurant and breakfast. I’d stay here again the next time I come to Krakow…highly recommend!

Beyond expectations.

From check in to checkout everything was top class. Hotel and room was spotlessly clean. Loved the little touches in the room everything worked from the tablet, complimentary bottles of water everyday, fridge and a free safe. Breakfast was excellent with buffet style and even a menu to choose from. Location was excellent within walking distance of the main square. There was even a free coffee and tea machine to use 24 hours in the lobby. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again the next time we visit Krakow.

I like how each room has a tablet which can be used to control lighting, temperature, television, etc. Breakfast is an extra charge but there is a wide selection of food and I would say its well worth the price. The staff was also very helpful. The only thing that didn't work for us was the phone and we were unable to dial local numbers even though the hotel staff told us that it ahould work - this issue was not resolved during our stay.
