EQ Kuala Lumpur completely blew me away. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Everything from the sleek lobby to the stylish rooms felt five-star and beyond. But what set this stay apart for me was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We got to the hotel at 10 a.m., and without even asking, they gave us an early check-in—no extra charge, no questions asked. On the day of our departure, they also offered us a late check-out, and even helped coordinate reliable driving services for us during our stay. That level of service is rare, and it made everything so much smoother. The room itself was super spacious and perfect for a group. We stayed in a double queen room, and it comfortably fit four people. It never felt cramped, which is such a win when traveling with others. The location is also unbeatable just steps away from Pavilion Mall and right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get anywhere. Now let me talk about the room service because it deserves a moment of its own. Honestly, hats off to the chef. I ordered breakfast five days out of the seven I was there, and every meal (including lunch and dinner) was fresh, delicious, and delivered quickly. It’s the best room service food I’ve ever had, hands down. Plus, it was affordable which you can’t say about most hotels of this caliber.

Fantastic hotel - very impressed by everything - the size and spaciousness of the room, the amenities in the room, quality and selection of food, the pool, gym, spa and especially the service - so warm, responsive and professional! If you are still thinking about booking it, don’t! It is well worth it for the cost which considering the level of standard provided, it is quite reasonable when you compare it to similar hotels in other big cities around the world. And we have travelled a lot! Kudos to the staff, in particular, Joel, Naim, Sam and so many others who made our stay so enjoyable. And we will be back and always stay here. We have already highly recommended this hotel to family and friends. Truly a top notch hotel! Keep up the great work!!

We had a lovely stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur, the service and welcoming nature of all staff made our time here! It is a shame we could t stay longer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the city looking for a relaxing and welcoming break!

I think the hotel was okay. Honestly I think it is a bit overrated. But stayed in Grand Hyatt before moving in EQ and liked it better. Overall, the experience was fine, the food was average, so was the room. The rooftop bar was amazing though!
