ETM is the worst operator of all i have encountered, they put a contact number where you will have no chance at all being picked up. You can try getting it thru but the owner will tell you nonsense and block your number afterward to stop you calling them. They wonât have you a room until the very last day 1-2hours before your arrival and it is not guaranteed till you complain to Expedia and Expedia have totally no control of the payment. Ie. Refund decision is from the unit owner and not from Expedia.
This unit has not proper basic equipment, simple things like mirror are not found, tv are not functioning, no water boiler, no instructions whatsoever.
You are encourage to book this unit if you want to experience how a worst unit and operator feels like.
The apartment is in a large apartment tower which is brand new. There is lots of construction in the are including a hotel that is attached to the apartment building. The bed in the apartment is very hard. The apartment only has a single hot plate for cooking. There is no wifi and very limited TV choices. Anyone considering staying here should have a rental car as it is not in walking distance of anything and it is sometimes difficult to get a grab there.
