Absolutely Amazing Stay and Location

Amazing hotel and location!! It is in the heart of Bukit Bintang (the shopping/nightlife area for tourists) so it was super convenient and very short walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also right beside a gigantic and beautiful mall. The rooms were massive and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Staff were excellent as well. Will return to this hotel if I'm ever back in KL!

Great location, right next to the Bukit Bintang mall! I see location as a plus but some others might point out that texi always get stuck in traffic in that area. The hotel itself is very well designed. It is also being upkeeped in good condition. My room was very, very good. On negative sides I can say that I didn't like their breakfast buffet. But since I wasn't going to eat hotel food to begin with that part didn't bother me. Hotel is very expensive in Malaysian money. Again this also did not bother me because when searching for a hotel I was looking specifically at an expensive hotel with an international name.

Not a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3.5. The room had a dirty sink, no shower gel in the shower , a lamp that didn’t work and a flickering light like in a bad horror movie. Plus a terrible sound coming from the elevator every few minutes . Be careful of the breakfast if it’s not included they charge 90rm for something that is mediocre at best. If not included they don’t say anything until the moment you have food then present the bill. Very scammy. I decide to try for one night before I move over to the Pavilion hotel. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just stay at the Pavillion. Thee is no comparison.

Don’t ruin ur trip … 4 rooms all the sane issue

Travelled here with friends and family and this has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Usually I don’t leave reviews good or bad but I just had to on this occasion. This hotel is run down , old , dirty and wouldn’t even class this as 5 star!. We got moved 3 times each time our room had bugs , blood stains on bed sheets The customer service is a joke and don’t be fooled into getting g an upgrade cause ur only paying for a fresh coat of paint nothing else .. Only thing good about its hotel is location but other then this I would rather sleep on the street
