Great location, walkable to Petrona Towers and Bukit. Very clean, welcoming staff, safe, terrific all encompassing breakfast. Plan ahead for airport drive as it takes 60 to 80 mins.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Bukit Bintang area, within walking distance of shopping and dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety, though it can get crowded at times. Hotel guests can also enjoy complimentary parking.

I have been to KL 11 times but never stayed at The Holiday Inn Express. It was because there are a few Holiday Inns where I live in Australia and it didn't sound special enough. Well I was wrong! I absolutely loved my 7 nights at this hotel! The Assistant Front Desk Manager, Mohamed Hafiz Bin Abdul Rashid, found me a room where I had good sleep for the first time in months! It was a very clean, spacious room and I really liked the colourful rug and wall art. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon worked well and apart from hearing an occasional door shut (which happens in most hotels) there was no sound from adjoining rooms! At breakfast there was a good selection of food and beverages. Must thank one of the breakfast staff, Mohammad, for his caring nature. I wasn't feeling well and he kept checking if I needed anything. The hotel was much more modern than I had imagined. Eclectic furniture in the reception and breakfast area, all in good taste. There is a cocktail bar with comfy armchairs and a vending machine at reception. Outside the hotel is a Family Mart, McDonald's, Zeus Coffee and a huge grocery store. It's approx a10 minute walk to the Pavilion but there's a bus stop just outside the hotel where the GOKL buses take you to the centre of Bukit Bintang. On the other side of the road there are GOKL buses to Chinatown and Masjid India etc. In other words this hotel has it all! I'm returning in April for 14 nights. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff! 🤗

Breakfast was ok but most of the food was cold. Most of the staff in the dining room doesnt look happy doiny their job except Kawsar who was more attentive and helpful. Always a smile on his face though he doesn't know much english .

courteous staff and good service. Location is great. Walking distance to attractions like twin towers, KL tower, pavilion mall etc. Breakfast was great. There was construction going on near the hotel so bit noisy during the day.

Room was very comfortable. Nice and cool when I entered. Slept really good on the comfortable bed with the soft comforter. . The breakfast buffet was more than what I expected. Lots of variety of food. Staff was really inviting when I checked in and out. Grocery store store and a few restaurants next to the hotel. Mc Donald's next door as well.I would definitely stay again when I return to Malaysia.
