Terrible host and place to stay.
The location was good. The host was terrible to communicate with. The counter top was damaged before we got there. They only offered us an extra hour for the checkout time for our inconvenience. Instead 11am checkout time, they offered 12pm checkout time. We sat and waited for the renovation crew to show up as requested by the host, which they never showed up. The counter was never fixed as they promised.

I got a very noisy room, and even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep properly. There is a main highway right at the foot of the property and my room gave directly to it.
Despite asking to change rooms, I was met with a response that said: “we can change your room but you need to get Expedia to cancel your stay so we can book you in another room”.
I followed instructions: I contacted Expedia, but suddenly the hotel was not reachable anymore. For 2 days… Expedia even had their special team to help move the case but the hotel was not reachable.
So I had to stay 2 more nights in one of the most noisy rooms I have ever experienced. I felt the hotel lack of accountability was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend the service, nor the rooms there.
