I don't know why, but during my four-night stay, the water that just came out of the bathtub was yellow every day. It needed to be run for more than 15 minutes before it got better. The same was true for the water in the sink.

Amazing experience, Top quality service and staff. The hotel is centrally located within a walking distance to a shopping district inculding the Pavillion KL. Room was spacious and spotless with many amenities avalialbe. Room service can be called anytime.

Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room, especially the bathroom was very tired and there was significant mould in the shower recess. The silicone repair work in the bathroom was very average, it looked like one of the cleaners did the job and not a trades person.
