My family decided not to stay at the suite because so much inconvenience of the location and amenities but we still paid for it. I wrote them a constructive feedback but I was given an unprofessional reply which totally a disappointment.
We have requested a nonsmoking room however they gave us a smoking room with strong smell. When we asked the property manager he said they donât have any other room. My husband is allergic to smoke and he started to have difficulty breathing. We tried to lay down but the mattress, pillows, comforter, curtains everything had smoke smell. I notified your agent and they spoke to the property manager as well but no luck to change the room. We had to go out and find another accommodation for the night. The next day after12pm, they were able to change our room which was much better. We lost almost half day next day and the suffering and extra expense from the night before. This is ridiculous. Some room has no toilet paper, or soap. Towels are old. There is a sign that this sky suits is not for short stay( I forgot to take a picture). Your agent Eric was very nice and tried to help us but he couldnât do anything. I am expecting a refund and some compensation for our suffering and cutting short our time with all the hassles.
This is not a hotel! This is a residence. You have to have security of the condo call for an agent to get you their card for their apartment!!! So unexpected and deceitful. We expected it to be a hotel. Waited an hour outside with luggage for this âagentâ l to arrive and demand a 400.00 ringgit deposit for their access card. Because it is nit a hitel, he wanted cash. He said he could not help my child and I and to get my money I paid in advance back from hotels.com!!! Utter nightmare, my child and I were outside until 3:00 AM in a foreign country speaking and chatting with hotels.com!!!!! I then paid fir another accommodation and had to contact hotels. Com for four days before I got my money back! Utter nightmare! DO NOT STaY HERE!!! SCAM
In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it.
Overall dissapointed. The available PAID parking is not connected to the apartment in which you have to walk out to the main road then up the slope to get to the lobby. No instruction given from the owner and we have to wait more than 30min under the sun to get our key from an agent. Only one key card was provided although we rented a 3 room apartment which means only 1 group of people can go out at one time as the card was required to use the lift. All the chairs at the dining table was wobbly and some even broken which is dangerous and not comfortable to sit. The bed sheets has some weird stains on it, not sure how long it was not cleaned. The water heater takes time to get warm for a shower.
Other than the bad condition above the location is very strategic, all rooms were air conditioned and the toilet is clean.
Basically I would not go back again.
