Wonderful location at the heart of the waterfront and all the museums. Staff could not be more friendly & helpful. Public rooms are lovely, however, some of the rooms are internal with no natural light. They have a balcony with chairs that opens into a vestibule. Our room was also tired. Nothing you would complain about, just tired. Breakfast, for us at least was poor.

Perfectly central, near places of interest, restaurants and shops; 24 hour minimart few doors down. On the river for the bridge, boats and walking to all central locations. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious suite and bathroom and a relaxed cultural feel to the hotel. Would happily stay here again.

We loved the design and ethos of the hotel. It was in an excellent location, room was comfortable and spacious, and breakfast, though somewhat limited, was very good indeed. Our balcony looked onto an internal 'courtyard' which was in effect a public corridor, so we did not use it.

Beautiful property

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Very nice and friendly staff. We arrived late in the evening and check in was no problem. We were given a suite that was very large with wonderful antique furniture and ornamentation. Would very much recommend this hotel.

Great location to many iconic places, especially to many local coffee shops/cafes. - Great team of friendly staff. & all staff on duties at the Front Desk do make an efffort looking out/friendly approach towards any one walked in to the hotel ensuring the safety for the hotel guests. - Staff of hotel restaurant & at the fruit store, taking ownership for their duties.
