On both sides of the apartment there are glazed terraces (12 and 10 m²) for cooling off. This apartment is best suited for families, couples and businesse. Apartment is not reserved for youth groups.
Semi-detached house builtin 2006, downstairs is 70 m², open living room / kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide), bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide), washingroom with 2 showers and toilet, sauna (electric stove), hallway, separate toilet and 2 glazed terraces . The low loft (highest point 160 cm and ship stairs to the loft) has 2 beds at one end (120cm and 80cm wides)and 1 bed (160 cm wide) at the other end (which can be converted into 2 separate beds). Child gate at the top of the stairs. The second TV is in the loft, also Playstation 4, wi-fi.
Electric car charging 6kWh (1 car at a time) is included in the accommodation price (max. 80kWh) and the excess is paid (0.30 €/kWh) to the owner at the end of the reservation according to the actual consumption via Mobilepay.
