The villa has five bedrooms, all with two beds. Upstairs there is a toilet, which also has a shower cabin.
Downstairs there is a separate toilet in the hallway and a third toilet in the washroom. The washroom has a bath. The villa's sauna has an electrically heated stove.
There is a carport for two cars in the yard.
