This was a lovely property and the dining options where good. The staff where wonderful. Only one complaint out plug in the bath didn't work and never got fixed. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay. Thank you Instsa Rama.

We'll be coming back

Excellent location near the airport, next to Beachwalk mall and with the beach in front. Nothing beats the sunsets. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety with local and international options. Indonesian coffee is bliss - the aroma and flavour. We enjoyed the room (spacious) and the pool especially after swimming / surfing at the beach.

BOOK IT!

We’ve been traveling a lot the last year. This was in our top 2 for sure. The property was perfect. The pool. The location. The thing that stood out the most for us was the staff. Incredible. They were all so accommodating. Zero issues. We loved our stay here. Already planning another on in the next couple months. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with a great location and a staff that will take care of any request, you have found it. No need to look further. We cannot wait to be back. DJ from 5pm-8pm and live bands from 8pm-11pm. And the bands change every night so you’re not getting the same stuff. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not to mention the free bar flair shows and fire shows. Please…you will not regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is currently undergoing renovations but these don’t disrupt anything. Unfortunately we were in a room that still has to be renovated and it was very tired looking with the bathroom, although kept hygienically clean, just looked dirty and run down. That said the housecleaning staff were diligent and thorough every day. Apart from this the rest of the hotel was lovely and the pool area was an enjoyable place to rest up and enjoy the food & drink. All the staff we encountered were smiling, friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was good value. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and for those who like to shop, without bartering, there is a massive new looking shopping mall next to the hotel with all the recognisable brand names.

Smashing and Affordable Stay!

Our trip was so good we extended from 4 to 11 days. Why? It was so very central to all that interested us for a relaxing stay. The staff, offered the very best in service and that is from the garden staff, room staff through to the Reception and I must at this point mentiion Maniez, I took note of her name on her uniform pin. She was so efficient but with a very pleasant manner. Even the pool tenders and onto the breakfast staff. Not once were we not offered big broad smiles and a hello when just passing by. The grounds where immaculate and to top it off we had fish to feed in the mornings and a huge banang tree with a family of squirrels. Oh so delightful. The paths would have new frangapi flowers dropped over night and it just looked like it was staged. The location was super, a half block away was an up market new Mall with world known brands ie Dior, Zara etc. called the Beachwalk here we also found the star of our Dining experience "Sardinas". You must go to this restrauant the meals were perfect the staff amazing and a star young bali girl "Desak". Her service was amazing. Next recommendation was to walk about 800 meters along the beach boardwalk toward Legian, there you will find a beach bar called "Josephs Bar and Grill", which boasts a clean stainless kitchen which produces tasty food on the free beach tables, this was the only time I ate from local food premises the Satay skewers "YUM" Thank you Joseph for lovely evening sunsets.
