Stinky place

I was very disappointed this visit the hotel hall smelled horrible my top blanket had dirty spots all over it the sofa had dog hair was nasty to sit on the no wifi was horrible it was bad enough we had no good phone service but then no wifi it made things really bad we were there for two family events and unable to communicate the best experience is the lady that sets up the breakfast she has the most joyous spirit! She made our day with her positive attitude and vibe! The best experience we've ever had I been to many hotels and by far she is the best when it comes to a welcome!

This place has an odor - it seems dated and needs updating - the first room we were assigned had a bad odor - the clerk reluctantly showed us a 2nd room that was equally musty and smelly - we had to leave and find another place to stay

We had a great stay with a super friendly staff. My only complaint is that our room had beer caps from previous guests and gum/candy on the wall. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.

We thought that it was going to be nice. However we were highly disappointed. As soon as we were getting ready to go to sleep we were accompanied by not one but multiple unwanted friends (BED BUGS!!!!) the hotel staff didn’t seem to care! The solution they gave us was to swat them. What in the hell ????

We had to wait almost fifteen minutes to check in (in the middle of the day) because the front desk was unattended. However, many staff were super nice and friendly including the young Philippino man at the front desk.
