We were shocked to see how small our room . Very uncomfortable to move around even 2 people plus luggages. We used the hotel laundry , and was annoyed how long it took for dryer to dry even 7 pieces of clothes. The lounge area for guests is not convenient place to relax and be able to bring food from outside 😳 We have never stayed at any hotel during our travel and be restricted from eating our food bought outside of the hotel . Don't think we'll recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice sized rooms, ice cold AC, very convenient location to transportation the Nishiki Market, and other hotspots in the city! Great toiletries available from the amenity bar, cool vibe with the music listening stations, and we were provided with two complimentary beverages from the bar during our stay!
