Clean toom, staff, location and amenities. Bed and pillows were hard. Hotel is very clean, breakfast expensive $28 dollars per pereon, but had a huge selection of food. The Hotel's location is great, everything within walking distance, very convenient. My only disappointment was the bed and pillows, the room was on the small size, but is doable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, if it wasn't because of the uncomfortable matress we would have stayed again, unfortunately had to cancel our second reservation and book elsewhere. But would recommend the Hotel, some people like firm matress and pullows, but my wife and i rather on the softest side. Kudos to the staff for being attentive and always having towels and amenities ready for us even if we chose not to have the room cleaned.

Very nice property. Just a friendly suggestion that you should post it very clear how to access the WiFi and password. I think your receptionist gets very irritated by people asking him and so he comes across very rude which was my only negative experience at the Granvia. Other rooms that were traveling with me experienced the same rudeness. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Thank you Granvia for being a part of our great vacation.

It’s a great location for the weary traveler who just got off the Shinkansen as you are only a short walk to the entrance! Very pretty place with nice shops and as you are right at Tokyo station you have access to many eateries, markets, gift shops and are within walking distance to many more restaurants and shops.Our room was upgraded so we had a beautiful view of Tokyo tower. The room was spacious enough tho I wish the tein beds had space between them and more room in the side. Otherwise, well appointed. I will say the room itself was a bit noisy as you could clearly hear sirens and hallway conversations tho otherwise perfectly quiet. Would star again for convenience and restaurants!

A more upscale experience and incredibly convenient for travellers, located right inside Kyoto Station — perfect if you’re catching an early Shinkansen or arriving late. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with professional and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, and the cooks even made a custom soft-boiled egg on request, which was a nice touch. There are several dining options within the hotel, though they’re on the pricier side, and countless others just steps away in and around the station. A great mix of comfort, service, and unbeatable location.
