Hard as rock bed, steep stairs down on entryway made it very difficult going in and out (with suitcase), noisy people in nearby rooms. Would never stay there again. It was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during by trip back to Japan, but it was by far the worst

Very convenient location. Close to the train station, restaurants. Staff is really helpful. They offer free shuttles to Arishiyama Bamboo Forest and Kinkaku -ji temple which is very convenient. Breakfast is good. Loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here. A very short walk to the nearest subway line, a convenient store, and right next door to a super market. Staff was very nice and helping with shipping our luggage's to our next destination.

This hotel was on the main street near the intersection of 2 main subway lines. It was also near the imperial Kyoto park. Our group of 3 enjoyed this hotel and its location.
