Absolutely amazing experience! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. everything was fresh and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay — every detail was taken care of with genuine care. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’d recommend this place to anyone without hesitation!

Fantastic family hotel in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Koko Hotel. Great great stay (especially with kids) as the room was super spacious and had everything we needed. The location was amazing and pretty much everything we needed was within walking distance and there was an amazing coffee shop right out the front door. Only issue regarding cleanliness was the carpeting probably needed an extra vacuum and some of the cutlery wasn't cleaned well, but this was really minor and otherwise everything was perfect. The staff were super attentive and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved this place, traveling with her two preteen kids, we chose the bunk bedroom with one king bedroom, it had a common couch room, there were dividers between the bedrooms and the main room. Also had a kitchenette and a refrigerator and one and a half baths. We really really love this place. It was a really good location too.

Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of small cafe and restaurants options. About a 8 min walk to subway. I’d stay there again if I stay in Kyoto. The hotel room was very spacious and very clean. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

Spacious room (we had the junior suite?) that fit our family of four. Excellent customer service. Quiet area about five minute walk from subway or 25 minute walk to more commercial district. Lovely small restaurants in the neighborhood. Coin laundry on site was a nice bonus!
