We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious with a commodious bathroom. We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway, but the rooms are very quiet. We were able to walk to all the major sites we wanted to see. Thanks for a great stay!

The service and staff were exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved that it was next door to the metro station. Also located across from the Imperial Gardens. It was as such a good location and everyone was so kind. We will stay there again in the future ! Special thanks for the front desk staff man who helped us get a taxi today!!

Hotel is a bit old, but super clean. Wonderful staff members greeted us and brought our luggage upstairs. Got a free room upgrade and 3400 yen coupon upon arrival. Great stay overall.

We booked 2 rooms for my family of 6. The rooms are spacious with plenty of counter space and storage. Everything was clean and included slippers and PJ’s and all bathroom amenities. It was a great location for our base in Kyoto. The laundry was closed during our stay but there is a great laundromat about a 5 min walk away. The beds were a bit firm for my liking, but that’s more personal preference. There is a Family Mart just outside in the corner. There is also a McDonald’s and 7-11 across the street. They also have 6 different breakfast bento’s in the morning that looked good, but we chose to eat elsewhere as we are not big breakfast eaters. Overall a great stay.
