I am so glad that I stayed at Sakura Terrace. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The convenient location 8 minutes walk away from Kyoto train station or one subway stop away with the subway entrance just a few steps away from the hotel entrance. Bus stops going east or west within 200 m. Easy computerized check-in but with hotel staff happy to assist if needed. Luggage storage if needed. Welcome drinks both alcoholic or nonalcoholic every night - and some lovely mixes for soft drinks. Room was spacious - a double

Staff are absolutely lovely. The hotel facilities and rooms were fabulous. Breakfast was amazing! Make sure to book Breakfast beforehand as the breakfast is so good! they do become overbooked. Everything was great, only minor problem was the internet connection which was sporadic. Strongly recommend this fantastic hotel.

Staff are very nice and helpful and the room is clean. Room is a bit small but this is expected staying at Kyoto’s hotels close to city centre. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff was excellent and so helpful. The location is perfect to catch the 207, 202, 208 bus to multiple temples, shopping districts, and other tourist spots. It's very close to Kyoto station and was convenient to take the Shinkassen bullet train to Tokyo. The buffet breakfast was excellent offering Japanese and western food. The quality and quantity of the food was excellent. Overall extremely satisfied and of course will stay here again next time in Kyoto.

The property was well located to the main train station. It was walkable but there was also a local train station outside the hotel that was accessible by lift. The breakfast was outstanding and really good value. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
