Really liked the lounge and the snacks, drinks available for us to unwind. Wish hotel have more laundry machines as we see alot of people in the evening when we r back from sightseeing. Everything else was great and We would stay again.

This hotel is beautiful from the entryway to our room. Loved everything about it and we stayed for 5 nights. It’s very close to a subway stop so that is good. I left my iPad in my room and didn’t realize it till we were at our next hotel in Kanazawa. The two hotels communicated with each other and Blossom forwarded my iPad to my Tokyo hotel for me. I was very grateful for all that they did.

This was by far the BEST hotel we stayed in on our trip to Japan. It was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff and check in process was so smooth and efficient offering us a welcome drink. Also our suitcases we forwarded from our hotel before in Tokyo and the staff had put the luggage in our hotel room waiting for us which was amazing. The hotel offers so many extras with a lounge area in the basement with a room full of free snacks and drinks 24/7. Also our rooms were provided with skincare sets, razors, toothbrush body towels etc. it also rained one day and they provided us with a free umbrella to rent. The room was so nice and spacious which is rare in Japan we found. We were also a three bed room and which didn’t matter it still felt spacious. The beds were so comfy and the shower was amazing and spacious. The location is great being only around a 30 minute walk to the geisha district and about 20 minutes from Shinkyogoku shopping area. We barely used public transport which was great. However if you do use it there is a metro line only about 3 minutes away which connects you to Kyoto station. The breakfast was amazing, a huge buffet with such a range of items the French toast was amazing!! Definitely get the breakfast add on as it’s so worth it and you also get a voucher for a light snack around lunchtime. Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough I wish we stayed here longer because I loved Kyoto so much but also for this hotel!!
