We were met by Audrey who showed us around and it was really a wow. There was everything we could have wanted for a perfect holiday. It was clean- no having to wash everything before we started. The Palms was a bit too big for the two of us but for a couple of families it is perfect. Having said that - it was lovely to have the extra space. The garden was secure for our dog - at least once each day she would show off doing zoomies right around the villa. The pool was amazing as the temperature started rising as we went into June. All in all it was a wow - well worth repeating.

Outstanding ! We spent 10 days at the palms and enjoyed every minute.We arrived earlier than expected as we decided to drive from Leicester to the villa over two days Audrey kindly allowed us to check in early and met us at the villa later in the afternoon. Communication was first class from the time of booking to the time of arrival. We are a family of 9, kids ages ranging from 5 up to 14. There is so much space for us all, at times we were looking for each other. The pool was a massive attraction for us, grant the pool guy came twice a week and is a very nice chap to talk to. Each morning I cleaned the leafs out the pool with the provided pool scoop as there are a lot trees around the villa. I think some people in these reviews expect the hosts to do this for you ! Yes the tiles around the pool are a bit sharp but we laid 2 beach towels over the edges by the steps and problem solved. The bbq area provides a great shaded area through out the dayEvery thing you could possibly need is provided, tv, internet, kitchen utensils etc. Having a car is a must due to the location, because we drove our own car there we were able to go and explore the local towns and villages and also a few trips to Salou. This gives you the best of both worlds, lots to do near by in the evening and a fantastic private villa during the day. I can’t fault the place or Audrey who is a very friendly and professional host. 100% will be booking again

Unfair owners and one of the worst experiences we ever had. Stay

We do not recommend this place for a very important reason: the attitude of the owners, who probably never hosted a family with a small 4 years old child. We always clean everything before we leave. Unfortunately, at the end of our unhappy vacation 150-euro deposit was charged with the reason we left the house dirty (which was not the situation – the arguments were just ridiculous and not fair). We suppose that this is some tactical behavior from the owners to earn more money from the guests. We are small family with 1 kid and not a partying group of 10 drunk students. Here is our short summary: 1) The pool itself has sharp edges usually there are tiles or a special pool frame. This makes it dangerous to leave the pool especially for kids. During our stay of 10 days and taking into consideration that this May 2023 in Spain was very windy and stormy, the swimming pool was NEVER cleaned by the swimming service. We never experienced something like this before. Usually there is always a cleaning service at least 1x in the week who is coming and when the weather is bad good holiday owners are sending the cleaning service extra to make the stay of the guests as comfortable as possible but this was not the case. Even at the arrival the pool was dirty and with small rocks inside. Of course, after so much storm and wind the pool was extremely dirty at the end. The owners criticized us for a couple of small toys left in the pool (which were taken away by the stormy wind in the night

Als wir ankamen waren wir schockiert, im Eingangsbereich roch es stark nach Katzenurin. Das Haus war bestimmt mal toll aber mittlerweile sehr vernachlässigt. In der Buchung stand mit Meerblick, den es aber nicht gab, da ein Bereich im oberen Stockwerk versperrt war. Der Pool eine Katastrophe zum rein und raus klettern und gefährlich, da die Fliesenkanten sehr scharf waren. Für Kinder absolut ausgeschlossen. Es ist auch weder ein Spielplatz oder Golfplatz vorhanden wie in der Beschreibung. Die Klimaanlage ist für das große Haus nicht ausreichend und auf der Terrasse beim Pool, von 13 Uhr bis abends außer einem kleinen Sonnenschirm kein Schattenplatz mehr. Im großen und ganzen einfach eine große Enttäuschung für das viele Geld.

Viel Potenzial

Die Vermieterin hat uns gut empfangen und auch früher ins Haus gelassen als vereinbart. Das Haus ist sehr schön aber leider sehr ungepflegt. Türen lassen sich nur sehr schwer öffnen, Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bedingt. Arbeiten zwar durchgehend aber leider nicht ausreichend. In zwei Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage deshalb nachts nur bedingt erträglich. Ein Schlafzimmer hat nich mal Moskitonetz was dazu führt einfach zerstoche zu werden. Die Garten Möbel hat seine besten jahre auch hinter sich. Von denn Auflagen will ich garnicht sprechen. Die Pflanzen teilweise vertrocknet und nich geplegt. Im Grunde hat das Haus sehr viiel Potenzial nur leider kümmert es vor sich hin was sehr schade ist . Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet was ansich super ist, nur leider alles sehr alt . Die Pfanne waren sehr zerkratzt , Messer absolut stumpf die weissen Teller sehr zerkratzt usw. Wir würden nicht mehr wiederkommen uns auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Schade bei einer Miete von 330 euro pro Nacht nicht akzeptabel

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir sind nach der Wegbeschreibung gefahren und haben somit das Haus problemlos gefunden. Der Vermieter traf zeitgleich mit uns am Haus ein. Da das Haus schon frei war, durften wir sehr viel früher einziehen. Super lieb und nett , da wir mit unserer 2 jährigen Enkelin verreist sind. Auch so sind die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es befand sich bei unserer Ankunft kein Kinderhochstuhl im Haus . Dieses Problem wurde sofort behoben, kurze Zeit später brachte man uns einen Kinderhochstuhl. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles genauso wie beschrieben. Reichlich Platz für uns vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind.

Hervorragend... Das Objekt, man muss schon sagen Anwesen, ist großzügig bemessen. Rund um das Haus ist sehr viel Platz und ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos. Sehr viel Platz im Haus. Alles was zum alltäglichen Leben gehört war vorhanden und in einen guten Zustand. Internet, in jeden Raum TV (wer es braucht) eine Wii, DvD Player etc... Alles funktioniert. Ich empfehle dieses Haus uneingeschränkt mit 5 Sternen.

Vacaciones estupendas

Hemos disfrutado de unas vacaciones geniales, la ubicación es perfecta el trato de los dueños genial y la casa cumple con todos los requisitos para pasar unos días de relax y diversión, la conexión/ antena de TV/ internet es muy mejorable y el jacuzzi debería funcionar. Un paraíso

Hemos encontrado exactamente lo que buscábamos, o mejor aún: tranquilidad, piscina propia, relax, amplios espacios para que los niños jueguen, instalaciones muy bien decoradas... La finca esta muy bien comunicada con los centros comerciales de la Ametlla (Mercadona y Proxim). Tanto Audrey como Richard estaban atentos a cualquier demanda que les pudiesemos realizar. Repetiremos en un futuro.

Idéal en famille

La maison est idéale en famille et amis. Avec un enfant de 5 mois, la maison est assez grande et bien équipée pour que tout le monde puisse vivre à son rythme. Elle est très fonctionnelle et permet à tout le monde de se reposer, profiter du soleil ou même aller à la plage qui est à 10 min à pied où 2 min en voiture.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren zu fünft eine Woche in diesem tollen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Die drei Klimaanlagen reichen für das Haus vollkommen. Draußen, im überdachten Essbereich zu frühstücken, war immer traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war super und freundlich. Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
