Beautiful renovated apartment with views of the port of L'Escala and the sea. It is five minutes from Riells Beach, next to restaurants and souvenir shops.

The apartment is distributed on two floors, the first is the fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee maker and oven, and an open window to the living room where the windows connect with the outside terrace. On this same floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the middle there is a sink with a shower and a toilet. On the second floor there is a room with two single beds and a terrace along with a bathroom with a shower with a separate toilet.

The accommodation has air conditioning on the first floor and Wi-Fi. It also has a parking space with a storage room to store any material.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
