Welcoming 70 m² sea view apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence with a lift, which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a pleasant living area with a large bay window overlooking a beautiful balcony with garden furniture, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a citrus press. A television, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hairdryer are also available.
