My stay at Hotel Quinta Real in La Ceiba was very disappointing. The place was not clean, the customer service was lacking, and overall it was far from being a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or quality service.

It’s somebody paying for nights right? I prefer that they can make lunch available in the package because only breakfast is free so they should make lunch dinner and breakfast free as well if I’m paying $400 for four nights you should be able to be access to breakfast lunch and dinner

We had a great stay at Quinta Real! This was our first time to La Ceiba, so we knew nothing about the area. I would have thought the beach area would be vibrant and clean, but the area around the hotel was neither. The hotel itself however, and the staff, created an awesome oasis for us! The room was very clean, the A/C was great, and the pool area was welcoming. We ate several meals there, and they were excellent! We mostly appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the staff!!! Thank you, Quinta Real!!!
