Apartment 4 * RDJ 80m² at the foot of the slopes
Hello,
I am renting out my apartment this winter, ONLY for a week, located in La Clusaz (74220).
It is a spacious apartment of 80 m², very comfortable as it is inhabited most of the year, with lots of character.
View of the ETALE and BEAUREGARD mountains.
It is on the ground floor, with a large south-facing terrace in a quiet chalet residence, on the road to Crêt du Merle in the ARAVIS valley.
It is ideally located at the foot of the central ski slope of CRÊT DU MERLE. You put your skis on 150 meters from the apartment.
You can get to the village by car (3 minutes), on foot (20 minutes), with the SKATEWAY gondolas (150 meters from the apartment) or by shuttle. A shuttle stop is located at the bottom of the route du Crêt du Merle (5 minutes on foot).
You have immediate access to the CRET DU MERLE, DE LA SKATE, DE BEAUREGARD and BOSSONET ski lifts.
The ESF meetings are either at the arrival of the DE LA PATINOIRE ski lift (150 meters from the apartment), or on the CHAMPS GIGUET which is located at the start of the DE LA PATINOIRE ski lift. You can get there by ski (2 minutes) or go down by cable car (150 meters from the apartment).
The apartment is composed as follows:
- an entrance with several wall cupboards
- a large living room with 160 cm sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, large table with 8 chairs, access to a large terrace facing south without any vis-à-vis equipped with a gas barbecue, a TEK table + 8 chairs and 2 TEK sun loungers
-a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, dishwasher, toaster,
Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, food processor, raclette machine, plancha, Pierrade, fondue.
- a bedroom with 4 90 cm beds + 1 90 cm drawer bed
- a master suite with 160 cm bed, flat screen TV and adjoining shower room, heated towel rail
- a bathroom with bath, heated towel rail
- 2 independent toilets
-a laundry room with washing machine / dryer, microwave
- central heating by radiators
- Wireless
