Brand new, just built condo in the Norris Lake Deerfield community!
Our condo is ready to welcome you-furnished and decorated as a “home away from home.” Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with amazing views!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The condo is fully furnished with all new appliances, a washer and dryer. And there’s a full bathtub in the upstairs bathroom! We have loved our time with friends and family on Norris Lake and look forward to sharing it with you as well.


Boat slip available for rental.

Check In was very smooth and easy. Elizabeth's communication with us was excellent and very timely. The location was great and our view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed our Saturday dinner out on the deck and coffee in the morning. We even saw many deer grazing in the early morning and early evening. It was a very nice stay. The condo is very well done.

Cozy, family friendly, beautiful lake.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children. It is such a beautiful area with amazing views and we even caught a fireworks show from the balcony!

Beautiful Condo

The interior of the condo was beautiful. It is brand new and was in impeccable condition and very clean. The view was also amazing. There is still considerable construction happening on the exterior - including the road to the condo (currently gravel and a little difficult to traverse); however, once the concrete is poured and the construction is complete I am sure it will be very nice. It was a little further from the dock then we expected and the launch and trailer parking is inconvenient if you are launching and docking without help. If you plan ahead and recognize the launch is offsite and you will need 2 people to put the boat in and get to the dock it will be fine. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time figuring out launching, navigating and parking. You also must accept that you need to drive from the condo, then walk down to the dock. But the condo itself and the views are amazingly beautiful and likely worth a little extra effort to get to the boat. The owners were very nice and communicated well. I think we would go back once the construction is complete. We would just take a little different approach to launching the boat!

Norris Lake at Deerfield

The property was very nice and clean and well laid out. It had quite a nice view and setting. They were missing a couple of minor amenities such as sharp knives!
