Sehr schöne und hochwertige Bungalows inkl. privater Terrasse und Jacuzzi. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage und Poolbereich. Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. 1 beheizter Pool mit Bar. Restliche Pools sehr schön angelegt, leider aber etwas kĂŒhl. 2 Trails inkl. gefĂŒhrten Wanderungen in der Anlage. Bungalow 1 liegt am nahesten zur Poolbar, wer Ruhe sucht sollte bei der Zimmerbuchung darauf hinweisen damit dies berĂŒcksichtigt werden kann.

The Hotel Amor Arenal is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The private casita is a little sanctuary nestled in the jungle, allowing you to experience the jungle from the safety and luxurious comfort of its well-crafted rooms. You will feel like a cast member in The White Lotus. The best parts: 1. The view of the Arenal volcano is stunning, but clouds often hide it. That's ok because there is plenty to look at with complex patterns of tropical plants crossing a valley and ridges. 2. Wake to the sound of parrots and howler monkeys 3. Sip morning coffee from your own personal deck and hot tub. 3. Take a dip in your choice of three beautiful pools - one with a swim-up bar that is heated and a cool pool with a waterfall. 4. Animal sightings - from snakes, to green-eyed tree frogs, slots, parrots, monkeys. 5. The grounds are meticulously cared for - secluded and safe with stone pathways, an open air restaurant, meditation decks and two hiking trails on property that are the right amount of challenge. 6. Extremely accommodating service and staff. You really don't have to (or will want to) leave the property. They have everything you need from a coffee house and gym on premise to a spa and trails. My only recommendation for the hotel is better weather stripping beneath the doors so that the jungle stays out. We had a couple of gecko and bug visitors that managed their way in. Who could blame them, though!

Wow! My husband and I were left speechless. The customer service is just exceptional. The rooms were so beautiful. Elegance and pure beauty. Every single encounter with any hotel representative was just so lovely. We are truly so happy with Amor arenal. We will definitely come back.

The staff’s hospitality was unparalleled, and I was particularly blown away by the receptionist, Laura, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Laura was incredibly attentive, patiently answering all my questions and expertly booking all my activities around La Fortuna. Her recommendations and seamless coordination made exploring the area an absolute delight, elevating my entire experience. The rooms at Amor Arenal are simply spectacular. My private casita was a luxurious sanctuary, designed with elegant, modern touches that harmonized perfectly with the natural environment. The privacy was unmatched, offering a serene escape where I could fully relax. The private jacuzzi was a highlight, allowing me to unwind while soaking in the stunningly unique view of the lush rainforest and the majestic Arenal Volcano. The floor-to-ceiling windows showcased this breathtaking panorama, making every moment in the room feel like a scene from a dream. The hotel’s environment is pure magic. Nestled in the vibrant jungle of Arenal, the property exudes serenity and awe-inspiring beauty, with pristine facilities and an authentic, eco-luxury ambiance. My boyfriend and I loved everything about the property! There are golf carts to take you everywhere around the property at anytime and umbrellas available on every corner in case of rain. The food and service was amazing each time. We had the same waitress our whole entire stay(Cindy) who was super sweet and patient with us! Cindy is amazing. We are so happy we met her. Every other staff member we interacted with was awesome as well and very helpful. This property was very romantic and intimate. It also had everything we needed. THANK YOU AMOR ARENAL!

Truly amazing property. It’s so nice that it is easy to forget you are in a jungle, until it’s night and all the jungle bugs want to try to get into the room - but can’t. Deck hot tub is the place to be with an amazing view. Dining was very good and staff were ultra attentive and accommodating.

Room was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful when booking excursions, using the shuttle to get to town, and getting around the property especially in the rain. Food at the hotel was good but it's also close to town and you can get good food while out. Spa was great.

Horrible Customer Service: Gina Sepulveda

Gina Sepulveda, operations manager, was the most rude, hostile employee our family has encountered in all of our travels. We had reservations and plans for months largely due to traveling with a disabled daughter. We traveled from the US and upon arrival at the hotel gate Gina stopped us and told us that we were not allowed on the property. That my family of 5 needed to make other arrangements due to the fact that we had a 12 year old, not their 13 year old minimum age policy. NO ONE had communicated this policy to us once during months of prior communication to set up spa treatments, wheelchair access, etc. My girls were told to go sit to the side while we waited 45 minutes to speak with the hotel manager. My 12 year old was in tears because she was made to feel like this was all of her fault. This treatment by Gina Sepulvedo was cruel, aggressive, and the opposite of "Pure Vida". Costa Rica is a beautiful place and we had a wonderful experience until this heartbreaking and humiliating encounter. Our last night of vacation. Gina, you should be ashamed of yourself and Amor Arenal, you need to do better. Customer service and how you treat people is everything. Fortunately, the Springs Resort welcomed our family last minute and treated us with the same kindness and hospitality we had been shown throughout Costa Rica.

From arrival to check out this resort has gone above and beyond. Not only is the property beautiful and well-maintained but the people are so kind. We will forever remember some of the people we met, Ronald, Leonardo, Natalia (hostess at restaurant), reception and the multiple golf cart drivers. I will forever remember my 40th birthday because of the top notch hospitality we received. Thank you Amor Arenal.
