The hotel is very pretty. The WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms but it works in the main areas. If you request the room closest to the reception desk, it will work in your room. The breakfast was amazing. The beds were firm. Only 3 of the 5 hot tubs worked. The description says springs but there weren’t any springs. We saw a sloth on the nature walk! They close the property after a certain time so if the gate is locked, you will need to wait for security to come back to the front. They didn’t tell us this when we came home late and there aren’t any signs to warn you. We had to shimmy under the gate after it had rained :( overall I would stay again

Our stay at Casa was wonderful. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were gorgeous, there is a delightful nature trail on the property (where we spotted a sloth!), and my wife and I received a wonderful massage at the spa. The room was good and the beds very comfortable. Plus the included breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again

Casa Luna definitely set the mood for our Rain Forest excursion. Beautiful Resort Like Hotel with a lush landscape setting. It felt very secluded even though it was an only a 5 minute from the main street. The rooms are very private, spacious and clean. Our balcony had a view of the volcano. The grounds are very well maintained, we enjoyed the 6 hot tubs nestled away from the main pool. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nice dining in the restaurant .The message topped off our experience.
