Before you book there, you have to be aware that you have to pass through the yard of charming people to get to the room, but they have a big dog (German Shepherd) that greets you with much enthusiasm by jumping on you and playfully trying to bite your arms…Not the best experience, even if you love dogs… They do their best to hold him when they hear you, but when they don’t, it can be scary… The room itself is large and airy, the king size bed is very comfortable, it is super clean, but the kitchen lacks what you would need to cook properly. There is a fridge, a microwave, a sink, a coffee machine, basic cutlery with glasses, mugs, plates, but nothing to cook on. So just ok for simple breakfasts (no toaster). You also have to know that there is NO hot water, neither in the shower nor in the sink to wash dishes. It is very well located if don’t have a car and want to be at a walking distance to town. And they have a beautiful unobstructed view of the volcano !
