We’ve been staying here for several years over the 4th of July holiday. We love the location - close to several favorite restaurants and we can walk to the Cove area and the shopping area of La Jolla. Always nice & helpful staff. Rooms are nice and the king bed is comfy.

I was put in Room 311 which had some known issues with the sewer, piping or a/c. Gurgling sounds in the walls around the sink area woke me up at 5am and continued every 5-10 minutes. Apparently it was a known problem, but they continued to use the room for occupancy. They offered me a different room the next night, but still charged full price for my stay. Wallpaper was peeling in the room, carpeting stained, both rooms had wood rot in the cabinets, likely from the refrigerators leaking. At least, they were accommodating, but I'd probably stay elsewhere.

Found blood on my pillows and bed sheets, then the staff made me replace my own bedding once I brought up the issue and gave my son whole a free orange crush as compensation. Absolutely disgusted and Terrible… good luck with this place… email me anytime, I chose to go lightly on my review… it’s gets much much worse

Great find

Hotel was in a great location by the beach and clean, service was great, also best part was there are plenty of parking on the street so you dont have to pay $20/day parking fee.
