3 electrical receptacles didn’t work, even though they charged extra for the electrify! I was told by the manager to plug the refrigerator in like a moron! The whole bathroom area had no power, it just needed the Circuit breaker to be flipped! They sent a person over who had no idea what a receptacle,circuit breaker or ground fault interuptor was! He keep turning knobs in the refrigerator like it was going to work with no power! They had no problem charging extra for electricity that wasn’t being provided! Customers hauled out every morning dead or overdosed via Ambulance! Customers yelling, screaming and partying all night in the parking lot and in front of my room!! They just wouldn’t sleep or keepit front of their room! Never Ever Again!!!!

Fire alarms went off both days. The first time the alarm went on and off more than 20 times, with a few seconds between each one. The alarms were screeching loud and painful to the ears. The second time was this morning. It was the same screeching painful ringing that lasted for many minutes. It too went on and off but fewer times with much longer times sounding. I and other guests were scared and angry. Because I paid through a second party (Hotels.com) I could not ask for a discount for the terrible experience. Paying at all seems inappropriate.

The TV didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work, there was no clock in the room, there was a roach in the bathroom, house keeping entered the room without knocking at 930am and there was a large burn hole on the bed.
