Built on 4 levels, this contemporary style property is furnished with glamourous top of the line designer furniture. With a 2 car garage on the lower floor, a large storage & washing room floor above it, and the main living area on the pool level, the bedrooms can be found on the top floor (with a secondary living room). There is an elevator connecting all floors. The large terrace area has a covered living area and a 8 x 4 m infinity pool. The house is fully equipped with A/C, central heating, the latest electronics, lighting of the areas of passage that is triggered by motion sensors as well as a fully digitalized house to control all lights, shutters, pool, automatic irrigation of the exterior gardening, etc. The villa blooms in summer with it’s easy indoor/outdoor access and is perfect for entertaining.
