The property is very tired with stained furniture inside and outside, front door handle was broken. Pool was not clean on arrival we had to make a request to have it cleaned.

The location is great. The responsiveness of rental agency was good. Pool slide is cracked and blistered.Putting green had dog poop on it and so did the pool deck. The bocci ball area had also been used as a dog area. Master toilet did not flush. Rental agency sent maintenance immediately upon every request. It does not appear that anyone had checked on the property condition just prior to our arrival.

Fantastic Stay

Our group truly enjoyed Atlantis. Check in process was easy, access to the house was convenient, close to golf and other activities. House was exactly as pictured! Perfect for large group with plenty of space to entertain.

Property is tired. Pool/slide/putting green/bocce ball/ping pong/pool table were appreciated, altho the ping pong table sloped down on one side, and the slide pump was broken for the first few days. I was used to pristine and well decorated properties from you, but this house had cheap decor. Blinds were broken. Door handles broken. Ants in the pantry.

Perfect getaway spot for an LA group

Loved the gated community and the house was perfect - enough activities to keep us all entertained. Also appreciated that there were ample bathrooms for everyone, one in each room and a spare powder room too. Would absolutely book again!

Great House. Needs TLC

Overall my family enjoyed our time there but the House needs some long overdue TLC. Initial impression started with the front entrance door. It was smudged and dirty. Broken cabinet door in kitchen. Ping pong table wasn’t useable. Pool was murky. Don’t think the pumps were working efficiently. The house has great potential. Sad to see it isn’t being cared for.

Short but sweet

Three families loved staying at this place ! There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the ping pong table, pool table , and especially the yard ! The lake called to them every day ! The boys had the best time fishing , Of course it’s catch and release. The neighborhood was beautiful to do a early walk In The morning . Everyone one from the owners, managers, neighbors ,gate people and landscapers were all so friendly and helpful. Definitely a home to rent again ! Thank you !!!

Best family getaway!

Atlantis by Vacanza Stays is an absolute private oasis getaway with everything we need to celebrate our 11yo twin's birthday. The property is ideal with a water slide pool/spa overlooking the 12th hole at PGA West association. Inside offers a spacious living area with a billiard table in the living room by the bar area. Every room has its own bath. Vacanza staff is quick to respond and are on top of everything we need for our stay. Instructions to the property are well organized and made it easy for our stay. Our kids' favorite is the pool and waterslide, the adults love the spa overlooking the golf course and lake. The wall to wall sliding door expands the living room out to the yard outdoor dining area where we can relax and watch the kids playing at the pool. The PGA West community is gated with private roads we could take walks after dinner. In short, our stay here is ideal and we would definitely do it again.

Wonderful Weekend

A group of 10 forever friends stay at this home for a weekend. We never left the property. Everything is better than the picture and very spacious. All 10 of us were able to float, sleep in the comfy beds, cook, eat, and watch movies. We will definitely be back.

Couples Golf Getaway- March 2023

As a party of 4 couples we enjoyed our recent stay at Atlantis- with a few caveats. The location of the house was great, and grounds and neighborhood are beautiful. The layout was wonderful and kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with towels and all cooking and serving necessities and everything was clean. The house, however, does need updating and some overall maintenance. The pool and hot tub system seems dated and inefficient. And directions are unclear and extremely confusing. We had a cool week and had issues with heating the pool and hot tub the entire week. We also had issues with the freezer, internet and the entrance lock on the separate casita bedroom. Management was very responsive- and did work quickly to resolve our concerns by sending someone several times to correct the issues. However, the door lock on the casita still did not work properly, internet was sporadic (at best) in the casita, the freezer did not work to capacity (soupy ice cream), and the pool and hot tub never seemed to function properly for the entire week. The house itself is also in need of some minor repairs (holes in walls, many chipped floor tiles, broken blinds, etc.) And while communication throughout the week was excellent- the actual written directions/communications in the house for TV’s, pool, hot tub, etc. need updating and are not clear. For example, when someone came to fix the internet he couldn’t even find the router, and when we had issues with the pool he was able to correct the temperature to adhere to the written instructions left in the home- but we were told the written directions were incorrect and they would be removed after we left and the temperature would not be honored as it was too expensive. Overall, we had an enjoyable week and they were fairly minor inconveniences- but Atlantis could use some updating to be considered a 5 star stay.

Nice house, not as great housekeeping - many issues

Good things: Location, size of house, layout of house, view, very nice and well stocked kitchen, views are great, neighborhood very nice. Security good. Nice pool. Billard table. Ping Pong table (not level, but still fun). Bigger things that shouldn't happen: Blind in main bedroom had major tear, so not much privacy. Hole in back bedroom wall due to no door stopper. No fitted sheet put on casita bed. Sheets and pillow covers wet in two rooms. Towels folded, but wet in cabinet across from washer dryer. Cold water faucet in Casita doesn't work well. Offered early check in or check out for $150 - Never heard of that before. A big turn off. Not guest friendly... Smaller things that could be easily fixed: - only one small hand soap per bathroom. No towel bars in master bath for shower towels. Not enough bath mats, and we had to search the two we found. Patio way too cluttered with chairs. Generally not great housekeeping, some dirty tables and dirt on floors. Summary: Could be really nice house, but too many issues to give it a high rating.

Almost Perfect

First, the pin on VRBO is not in the correct house. This is one street away from where it shows on the map. This is probably not a big deal for most renters, but we were one of four homes that were getting rented for a friend’s 50th and we wanted to be close to the homebase House onLegends Way. The ping-pong table is not set up at upon set up is not in good condition at all. The bocce ball court is small and not level, the gameplay was not very good. The pool table is also small. The pool cues are in disarray. The pool table is not sturdy, needs legs to be tightened . Not a high-quality table at all. There was only one TV remote for the family room. We could not get the TV in the Dining Room to work. The pool, rather the spa, was difficult to operate. My friends could not operate it with the instructions and remote provided. Luckily, I have the same type of pool system at my home so I was able to assist without the remote. The house has a good set of bones, but has been overly used and not maintained very well over time. The linens were nice. The home was clean upon arrival, check-in was great, the taxes and fees were exorbitant.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! STAY AWAY!

This was an absolute living nightmare & the mgmt. company is HORRIBLE! Where do I begin? * No early or late check in's - They charge a fee for it. * After declining the early check-in option for additional funds. We show up 5 mins after the allowed normal 3pm check-in at the gate - To find NO names for the house listed with guard gate. The mgmt. services prefers to not speak with anyone on the phone & only will text you back. I couldn't get this resolved for over 40 mins at the guard gate. Standing in 115 degree heat with the security. Our entire party by this time showed up .. The gate was backed up, kids in the car was a nightmare. * We finally get in & pull up to the house to find the mgmt. company van IN the driveway. They couldn't pick up the phone to help get us in the gate but are at the property? I knew this couldn't be good. * With no courtesy heads up - We open the door & they are nowhere done cleaning the house/inspecting it from the previous rental. I am like thinking let me get this straight you tried taking more money from me yesterday for an early check in & you cannot even get the place done for the normal check in? The mgmt. company also KNEW we were at the gate bc of that ordeal. My husband believes they may have taken our name off the gate to stall/buy themselves more time to get the property done. Regardless, when you know guests are at the gate & already having issues w/the start of the vacation - you may want to drop in a text .. Oh by the way the house is not ready either. * I ask the property mgmt individual what is going on? Where is the communication on this with the house not ready? We have not only wasted 40 additional mins. at the gate to get to the front door & planned our whole day around this but then to walk into this? This was a huge ordeal at the house when we got there. * The house was also a SAUNA to make matters worse! * After an 1-2 hrs of back & forth trying to play this text game with the mgmt. company begging them via text to call me to sort out. I demand the gentlemen that is in front of me from the property mgmt. to get a LIVE person on the phone to explain. The house was in horrible condition. Missing bedding and pillows. No TV remotes in any of the rooms, ones found did not have batteries. Pool dirty, broken tiles, holes in the wall, tape on the walls, horrible smoke smell & paintball marks on the wall. Unfortunate but the house is just TORE UP & USED & FEELS USED!!! Gross & needs a revamp.
