Condo was great. Property management rental company not so great. They did not forward the details of our arrival to the security guard gate house and so when we arrived, there was no record of our coming. We had to make a U-turn go to the side of the road. Call the property management company and get them to call our details to the guard house which they did and we got in.
My husband and I enjoy going to the desert especially staying in the La Quinta area. This was our first trip to the Legacy Villa's in La Quinta and we are happy to post that we will be back soon! The unit that we stayed in for our visit is the recently updated bottom floor 1 bedroom legacy villa unit A. Very charming and quaint! The kitchen is great has everything you may need! The dining area and living room area are spacious. The bathroom is very small but we made it work. Very quiet and relaxing! This was a great find a little gem!
Loved it once I was in. Walked around in the dark for 15 minutes trying to find the entry door. Allie answered my text quickly telling me to find the brown door, which was down a walkway shrouded in ivy on the other side of the building. So know that you need to enter on the side of the covered parking lot next to the garage, even though the unit is technically on the other side. Also I love a place that is stocked on the essentials, especially after a 7 hour flight delay. Keurig & pods, creamer & sugar, dishwasher & laundry pods & dryer sheets, paper towels etc. all waiting there. Nice patio for morning sunrise coffee on a quieter street. Getting a close parking spot is sketchy, but this was during Thanksgiving week. Hot tub at the local pool doesn't work, but we used the one near my sisters unit on the other side of the property and it was great after a 36 hole day.All in all, I would and will stay here again!!!! Thanks!
This property is well-maintained and updated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need for meal prep. The staff are very attentive to your needs and value customer service.
