We were very confused about the bathroom being outside the apartment. We didn’t know if we had to shear it with the other apartments. At the end we guessed it was just for us.

We stayed 2 nights at the Cinquecento apartments in the Rafaello room. We booked the room as a deluxe suite and would say it was an average room. The toilet did make a lot of noise after flushing and there was a bad smell after. We only paid £50 a night so very good price for a good location less than 10 min from La Spezia Centrale.

The apt was ok - other than emails it was difficult to contact the management. Had no issues but the area around was noisy with. Lot of stragglers on the street outside the building and late into the night.

Sorry II Cinquecento, but you’re suck!!! They did not mention that apartment is on 6th floor , elevator is not working and it’s a hell :(((( to carry luggage and fight with tired kids when you go up. Also no isolation from neighbors whatsoever, in bathroom some loud stock noise every 40 minutes even night. Shower water doesn’t drain well. Only one working electric outlet and it’s in bathroom:(((. When you sleep on bed feels like it will fall apart. No fridge. There’s air conditioner but seems like it’s out of service (or no instructions how to use it properly). First time in Cinque Terre area, little know about, my bad I reserved that place.

This place is easy and convent in walking distance between all restaurants and the train station. We stayed here to be close to Monterosso and it’s a close train ride. This is great stay, great bathroom and a/c and communication was great! The only thing that is a little annoyed when staying was the water you would hear throughout your shower for the drain the whole time and the bathroom including others when they used in the facility. You do hear other guest as well with the thin walls but it was a comfortable bed and a great stay close to what you need.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura. Il tasto per wc rotto. In stanza nessuna luce funzionante tranne che una abat jour tra l'altro unica presa dove o carichi cellulare o accendi la luce. In bagno rumore forte per sanitrit perché evidentemente non è un bagno e quindi se usi acqua fa un casino pazzesco. In bagno non è presente nessun appendino per asciugamano, nemmeno mensolina...ce solo un lavandino. Il letto è semovente. La porta di accesso alle tre stanze rimane sempre aperta, se una persona entra nel condominio può accedere. La sera alle 23.00 l'abbiamo trovata chiusa perché un ragazzo di una stanza non si sentiva giustamente sicuro e il tastierino per mettere codice che mi era arrivato via email non era funzionante. Dopo aver citofonato, bussato e urlato questo ragazzo gentile ci ha fatti entrare.... Altrimenti avremmo passato la notte in strada. Piu tardi è arrivata un'altra coppia che ha avuto il nostro stesso problema e sempre quel ragazzo gentile li ha fatti entrare... Essendo nel quartiere etnico la sera di sabato c'era musica e rumore nonostante fosse il sesto piano. Se chiami il numero è sempre occupato e non risponde mai nessuno.

Posto da incubo più che da sogno. Non funzionava la luce della stanza ed eravamo al buio, lo scarico del bagno non funzionava e non c’ era la carta igienica. Bagno con puzza di fogna senza finestra e senza aeratore. Lenzuola sporche con capelli. Abbiamo provato a scrivere al numero di assistenza che ci ha risposto e ignorato per tutti i giorni del soggiorno. Inoltre la porta della casa era sempre aperta e accessibile a chiunque senza il minimo di sicurezza. Infine, come se tutto questo non fosse già abbastanza, scrivono di avere un deposito bagagli che è inesistente.

Gentile Servizio Clienti Hotels.com, Mi chiamo Angelo e ho effettuato una prenotazione tramite il vostro sito per un soggiorno dal 14 al 16 maggio, come da Itinerario N° 7206276928515. Purtroppo, al nostro arrivo il 14 maggio alle ore 15:00, abbiamo riscontrato una serie di gravi problemi che ci hanno costretti a lasciare immediatamente la struttura senza pernottare nemmeno una notte. Di seguito elenco le motivazioni principali: 1. Bagno non conforme alla descrizione: L'annuncio indicava un bagno privato, ma abbiamo scoperto che il bagno si trovava fuori dalla stanza e veniva condiviso con altri ospiti. Questa informazione fondamentale non era stata chiaramente comunicata, rappresentando una violazione della descrizione pubblicata. 2. Cattivo odore nella stanza: La camera presentava un forte odore sgradevole, che rendeva impossibile restare al suo interno. 3. Condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: Le lenzuola erano visibilmente sporche, con macchie gialle e peli di altri ospiti. Questo livello di pulizia è del tutto inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato il proprietario per segnalare la situazione e chiedere il rimborso, ma la richiesta è stata respinta con tono sarcastico e irrispettoso, aggravando ulteriormente il nostro disagio. Siamo consapevoli che la prenotazione era contrassegnata come "non rimborsabile", ma riteniamo che tale condizione non sia applicabile in un caso di mancata conformità e gravi carenze igieniche.

Pas recommandable, salle de bains pas bien équipé, pas de meuble pour les articles de toilettage, pas de crochets pour la lange de bains même pas un support pour le papier toilette. le pies du lit étaient tout casse, la tv ne marche pas bien, le cable était casse et très vieux, le petit lamps de table ne étaient pas charges et ne marchent pas. 6eme. étage et l'ascenseur et tombe en panne deux fois,

No se los recomiendo nos dejaron en la callle a media noche porque se acabó la pila para el acceso con clave, tuvimos que pagar uno noche en otro hotel se le llamó por teléfono al encargado para que nos abriera y hizo caso omiso se notificó a hoteles.com y tampoco nos resolvió nada ni siquiera el rembolso se la noche que se pago por esa estancia.

Bra läge med närhet till tågstation och centrala delarna. Väldigt bra kylande ac och fräscht rum! Däremot väldigt lyhört mellan rum och mot gatan, mycket ljud in vilket störde sömnen! Lite otryggt område med mycket missbrukare som hängde utanför. Överlag ok man man bara ska sova någon/några nätter.
