Hôtes accueillants et environnement époustouflant.

Accueil chaleureux de la part d'Eric. On s'est vraiment senti accueilli par les propriétaires. Ils ont un jardin et des plantations magnifiques et des moutons. La vue et la piscine sont encore mieux en vrai. Les propriétaires sont discrets et bienveillants. Ils s'assurent de la tranquillité des occupants du logement du bas. Le logement est à 5 minutes en voiture de Tartane, 10 minutes de la Caravelle et du Robert. De plus, on peut facilement marcher pour accéder à la plage juste en contrebas.

Recommend, but with some reservations

Pros - Great view, nice clean pool with nearby shower and hose, great outdoor and indoor lighting, lots of fans in outdoor space, comfortable couches and large dining table off the pool, a/c in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, washing machine. Timely text responses from owners. Neutral/FYI - Villa is in reality the bottom floor of a larger home. The owners are living above you, their deck overlooks the pool. This can be beneficial if you need help. Cons - #1 Drive up to villa is very stressful, and I would highly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. The street is exceptionally steep, and narrow, and you need to take a sharp turn right off the street to immediately stop abruptly in front of the gate. This area in front of the gate is higher than the street and also it is smooth tiles and pitched downhill right to left. We arrived after rain and the car tires slipped/spunout on the wet tile as we left the street with the car sliding a little. Future times I accelerated up the hill and then coasted for the sharp right turn onto the tiles before breaking hard to stop before the gate. A bit crazy. #2 The wifi was exceptionally slow and frequently missing. My kids do not have cellular data and they were unhappy. In the end the owners gave us the wi-fi device (a small cellular hotspot) which at least allowed us to reboot it. But it was still very slow. This is not acceptable in a VRBO property, it should be broadband, inexcusable.

Very Good Overall

Everything went well; communication was excellent with Eric, the location is good, calm, and the view is magnificent! The only major flaw in the end remains the internet speed, impossible to download or stream anything, too bad, it would be perfect without it otherwise.

Ellis Family Trip

There were a few hiccups but they were addressed in a very timely manner which helped make our vacation enjoyable. The house accommodations were just fine for the nine of us and the pool was a very enjoyable touch for some relaxing one of our days. The only thing that was pretty frustrating was I paid almost just as much in fees as I did to rent the house. But all and all everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Thank you for everything.

Quiet area with lovely view of La Trinite

We enjoyed our stay here for a week. Good place to explore the island from if you have a rental car, as you avoid the Fort de France traffic jams. Eric and Agness were considerate hosts and provided great suggestions about what to see and do in Martinique.

Beautiful vista, gracious hosts

Our gracious hosts dealt so kindly with our late arrival and our sparse use of the French language. Their property was well-kept and removed from other rental sites, but close to any beach or attraction we wanted. What an amazing view to wake up to. Thank you, Eric and Agnes!

Perfect!

Agnes and Eric were fantastic hosts, and their son Nicolas (who was also very kind and welcoming) was a great in helping us communicate, as his English is fantastic! Our French is minimal, just enough to get by, so his help was greatly appreciated. On the night of our arrival they had us upstairs to where they live for a traditional Martinique drink. It was very kind of them, and an evening well spent. It was lovely to get to know them. The house is well equipped, very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfectly central for our stay and the property had the most incredible view. I would 100% recommend staying here, we would surely stay again next time we visit Martinique.

Inoubliable !

Le logement est en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos, sauf peut-être la piscine qui est plus grande que ce que nous avions pensé sur les photos ! Les chambres sont grandes, et avec des rangements suffisants et une literie excellente. La cuisine est petite mais ultra fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Les salles de douche sont très bien. Les propriétaires sont adorables, toujours dispos en cas de besoin, tout en restant hyper discrets. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Alors certes, la montée impressionne un peu la première fois, mais on s'y fait très vite, et la vue magnifique qui va avec (quel bonheur quotidien de prendre son café face à la baie de Trinité...) se mérite ! Bref, nous avons passé un séjour magique, et reviendrons dès que possible. Encore merci Agnès et Eric pour votre accueil !

Sauber, geräumig und eine wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir waren einige Tage bei den liebenswerten Gastgebern, Agnes und Eric zu Gast. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, ausreichend klimatisierte Räume, einen wunderschönen Pool und vor allen Dingen eine herausragende Aussicht auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Morgens die Jalousien hoch zu ziehen und diese Aussicht als erstes zu sehen, ist einfach überwältigend. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung einfach nur weiter empfehlen.

Merci Agnès pour votre accueil! La vue est magnifique mais elle vient avec une pente a monter assez abrupte mais qui est gérable (on l'a fait avec une voiture 7places). Endroit parfait pour visiter le bord de l'île. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour!

Magnifique terrasse

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Éric et Agnès. L’appartement est très spacieux, propre et est parfaitement situé pour visiter le nord de l’île. Éric nous a bien accueilli et informé des activités à faire dans les environs. Le point fort demeure la terrasse avec la piscine et la vue incroyable sur la baie et les montagnes.

Mooi appartement, mooie en rustige ligging. Fantastisch uitzicht. Zwembad voor de deur. Wandelgebieden zeer nabij, evenzo strand. Grote supermarkt op 2 minuten rijden, restaurantjes op 5 minuten rijden. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Vue incroyable

Une grande villa avec magnifique vue dégagée sur la baie de Trinité. Le rez-de-chaussée est loué, et les propriétaires habitent au-dessus. Nous étions un groupe de 9 amis et sommes restés 3 nuits. Les propriétaires sont très discrets, la piscine nous a été exclusivement réservée, nous avons pu voir le départ du tour des Yoles depuis la terrasse et la piscine. Un petit bémol concernant les valises que nous n’avons pas pu déposer en avance ni laisser la journée en repartant, ce qui peut être compliqué lors d’un voyage itinérant, mais nous avons malgré tout passé un excellent séjour ! Une belle adresse où séjourner si vous êtes dans le coin !
