Staff was effective at check in. Bell hop was too talkative. “ make sure you put your flashers on when unloading “. Too many areas outside shut down. The patio chairs are uncomfortable. The grout in the shower looked like a 10 year old tried to fix it. But the rest of the bathroom was in excellent shape.

The staff at the Azalea Market was mediocre at best. We had a major problem with room service Saturday night that no one seemed to want to help with. Not impressed. For a place of this caliber, it seemed they weren’t prepared with food and staff for the busy weekend.

Your 4 o’clock check is too late. It being that late you have too many people trying to come in at one time. Your check in hours need to be longer to decrease the amount of people trying to come into your facility at one time. It’s not the employees fault. You have so many people coming in. They have so many questions that just takes up so much time. If the process would start early in the day, I believe it would cut down on the hectic check-in. Other than that, our stay was very good!👍
