Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans une maison familiale très spacieuse, moderne et ‎super bien équipée. Pour notre prochain passage une grande partie de notre équipement restera ‎certainement chez nous . ‎ La maison est située au calme et proche d’une grande partie d’activités absolument à faire en ‎Ardèche.‎ Coralie, la propriétaire, était très accueillante et a su nous donner des renseignements sur les resto ‎et alentours à visiter. ‎

Très agréable location

Hôte très sympathique, propriétaire d'une maison neuve, fonctionnelle, très propre. Rien ne manque pour le confort des résidents. L'environnement est de plus très calme. Le fait d'avoir les lits faits à l'arrivée est très appréciable. Pas de draps ni de serviettes à transporter dans le coffre. Nous n'avons pas su mettre en marche la télé (appli Molotov), malgré les explications. Mais ça ne nous a pas manqué du tout pour le week-end. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, non loin de plusieurs points d'intérêt: grotte Chauvet 2, Aven d'Orgnac, Vallon Pont d'arc.

Une belle demeure dans un bel endroit

La villa se situe au sud de l’Ardèche avec à proximité vallon pont d’arc, le Gard, barjac, de nombreuses grottes et de quoi faire des sorties sportives. Bref avec les commodités à proximité c’est une implantation de choix. L’intérieur est fonctionnel avec tous les essentiels, une grande pièce de vie, une terrasse spacieuse face à la piscine. Vous pouvez y vivre à dix personnes, avec des amis ou en famille, ce fut notre cas, avec des petits enfants en sécurité, avec le matériel adapté comme une chaise haute, un lit parapluie… Beaucoup de jeux sont à votre disposition ainsi qu’un barbecue de bonne taille. Une climatisation efficace dans toute la maison est un véritable plus pour apprécier cette localité ardéchoise qui peut se révéler très chaude. La relation avec la propriétaire est simple, courtoise, de proximité, pour le gîte mais aussi les conseils de toutes sortes car elle connaît très bien les environs pour la restauration, l’alimentation locale. Sa disponibilité est à la hauteur de sa gentillesse. Une nouvelle résidence à choisir pour toutes ces nombreuses raisons.

Beaucoup d'espace dans cette maison neuve et très fonctionnelle. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour 10 personnes. Les chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons profité de la grande terrasse face à la piscine. Merci à sa propriétaire pour son accueil. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de commerce à la Bastide de Virac.
