It is very close to RUOMS and Vallon pont D'arc.
It is located on the heights of LABEAUME (a small southern Ardèche village of 600 inhabitants) where there are several swimming spots along the gorges of Labeaume).
Built in local stone is perched on the rocks in the middle of oaks and olive trees with a breathtaking view of the southern Ardèche and the start of the Ardèche gorges (visible in the distance).
The house is located in an environment where you can enjoy nature around with hiking or mountain biking trails.
For athletes, you will find on RUOMS canoe rental companies, canyoning, speleo and climbing outings.
Other occupations such as music concerts or cave visits (around Vallon pont d'arc), day and night markets are found in beautiful small surrounding villages, some of which are classified as Balazuc, Vogué.
This house (which is entirely reserved for you) will make you spend pleasant holidays and moments of relaxation with a magnificent infinity swimming pool (totally private) without any opposite. Comfortable house inside and out (summer kitchen: barbecue, pizza oven).

Wonderful 2 week stay

For me, a simple measure is "would I do it again?" Answer: Definitely yes. We had a lovely time. Caves, canoeing, cycling, markets, vineyards, pool, table tennis, BBQ and much more. Pascal (owner) was great, lovely guy, there when we arrived and popped in at the end.

Beautiful Villa With Stunning Views

A warm welcome from the friendly hosts including the gift of cold drinks on arrival. The clean and spacious villa offers all that is needed to relax and enjoy the sunny climate and fully embrace outdoor living - a beautiful infinity pool, fabulous outdoor kitchen and stunning views over the Ardeche! Magical find!

Such friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough for us . The home is more comfortable than expected on the website with the kitchen very well stocked with utensils and crockery. Such a clean happy home with a stunning pool, barbecue area and a gorgeous view. It is not too far from amenities of the shops and attractions. The house is very private. No bath towels or sheets are supplied which in the UK is unusual but the hosts were very happy to help us out. We had such a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave ! We hope to be back soon.

We were very satisfied with the property and its facilities but the standard of the beds fell well below expectations. As British visitors, we would not be expected to provide our own bed linen and those provided by the owner were not in keeping with the standard of the rest of the facilities. The matresses on the beds were uncomfotable and let down our overall impression of the holiday. We were also surprised to find small scorpions in both the pool and the inside of the building and the biting insects were a nuisance.

Stunning , but a few little things detract from perfection

A fantastic villa/gite, stylish, attractive with a lot of wow factor, extremely well situated outside of Labeaume (and small town of Ruoms) in a quiet area, within 5 mins of village, town, attractions, lots of restaurants + shops/supermarket. Private setting, brilliant views, great pool and surround for lounging, great balcony and excellent and unusual layout. Helpful owners and just about every amenity you could want. There were, however one or two little things that detracted from perfection. I feel I may be nit-picking, but - no linen, towels, sheets, not even drying up cloths, despite emailing to ask.These were then swiftly provided (less tea towels- which we bought!). There was no washing up liquid, no plate cleaners & no WC paper. Also, the villa is not all that new and is just beginning to show signs of age with one or two things a bit worn. Overall though, such a great layout, superb setting, pool and views, that the very small problems barely detracted from a thoroughly enjoyable time.

Juste parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison absolument magnifique !Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, et chacun y a trouvé son bonheur.L’accueil de Pascal et de sa famille a été parfait : présents si besoin, mais toujours discrets et bienveillants.La maison est très bien équipée, la cuisine au top, et que dire de la vue… juste incroyable !Un lieu où l’on se sent bien, où l’on déconnecte vraiment.Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir, si la maison est encore disponible bien sûr

Wir waren mit Freunden (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in diesem schönen Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pascal war ein hervorragender Gastgeber – der Austausch mit ihm verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders die Aussenanlage und der Pool haben uns begeistert. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus bei Pascal und seiner Frau.Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts.Gleich am ersten Tag ist unser Hund Naja verschwunden und sie haben uns geholfen, sie wiederzufinden.Auch sonst waren sie sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.vielleicht sehen wir uns ja wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche, und einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool ein Traum für meine Nichte, uns war das Wasser zu kalt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr Freundlich. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, die Touristische Route von Ruoms die Strasse ist in den Felsen gebohrt worden und bietet ein spektakuläres Panorama auf den Kalksteinfelsen. Und noch viel mehr Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einziges Manko war des Internet, die Verbindung war sehr langsam. Nachrichten konnte ich lesen, aber Filme anschauen ging gar nicht dafür musste ich mein Hotspot gebrauchen. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wiederkommen. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très accueillant. Les environs sont tout simplement fantastiques, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, la route touristique de Ruoms la route a été creusée dans la roche et offre un panorama spectaculaire sur les falaises calcaires. Et bien d'autres choses à faire à proximité. Le seul inconvénient était l'Internet, la connexion était très lente. J'ai pu lire les messages, mais je n'ai pas pu regarder de films. En tout cas, nous reviendrons. Meilleures salutations

Fantastic house with impressive views and lovely host

We had a very good time at this house. It was all perfect, starting with a very welcoming host who helped us out with the bed linen that we had forgotten. The house itself really has great views and is as beautiful as you can see on the photos. We would love to go there again.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in einem top ausgestatteten Haus. In 5 Gehminuten ist man in Labeaume mit der Möglichkeit zu baden oder einfach eine der vielen Restaurants zu besuchen. Der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter rundet das Angebot ab und macht es zu einer absoluten Empfehlung.

Une semaine tres agreable

Notre séjour dans cette maison en Ardèche a été extrêmement satisfaisant. Le logement disposait de deux belles terrasses et d'une piscine qui invitaient à la détente. L'aménagement de la maison était confortable et bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et offraient suffisamment d'espace pour nos besoins. La cuisine était bien équipée, ce qui facilitait la préparation des repas. La vue sur le paysage environnant était particulièrement impressionnante. Depuis les terrasses et la piscine, nous avons pu apprécier la beauté de l'Ardèche. Cela a créé une atmosphère détendue pendant notre séjour. La communication avec le propriétaire était amicale et utile. Il nous a fourni des informations utiles sur la région, ce qui a rendu notre voyage plus agréable. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison. Il offrait un environnement agréable et une bonne base pour explorer l'Ardèche. Nous recommanderions ce logement à d'autres personnes et remercions le propriétaire pour son hospitalité.
