Single-family house "Marina", 2 storeys, built in 2018. In the district of Vinež 1 km from the centre of Labin, 6 km from the centre of Rabac, in the residential district, 6 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Motor access to the house (30 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2.4 km, pebble beach 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Urlaubsgenuss - Der zweite Aufenthalt

Wir (zwei Erwachsene & zwei Kinder) haben unseren Urlaub erneut in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und Ort verbracht und konnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus wird von den Besitzern sehr gut gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Erholen, Baden, Grillen, ... Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Baden ein und ist für kulturell-geschichtliche Ausflüge gut geeignet. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern (Marina & Albert) war wieder sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen/ Anliegen schnell erreichbar. Es wurde wieder deutlich, dass ihnen das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Das Haus und der Ort sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern ein drittes Mal!

Ein Ort zum Entspannen

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben im Juli 2020 einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ansprechenden Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in Vinez, einem ruhigen Stadtteil. Es wurde 2019 fertiggestellt und bietet durch seine Größe sehr viel Platz. Es ist modern, sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bäder, Wohn- und Essbereich, Schlafzimmer). Im unteren Bereich des Hauses lädt eine große Terrasse mit Sommerküche und Poolbereich zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Daneben gibt es auf dem Grundstück eine große Wiese mit einem Trampolin und viel Platz für andere Aktivitäten (z. B. für Badminton). Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern (Marina & Albert) war sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben damit zu dem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Verständigung erfolgte über Englisch und Deutsch. Das Haus und der Ort sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder!
