Renovated cottage 55 minutes from Ottawa/Gatineau, overlooking the lake and the mountain of Mont Sainte-Marie. Located in the heart of the village, close to all services and 7 minutes from the mountain. Ideal for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and ATV riding.

THE COTTAGE
4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 powder room. Washer and dryer available.

Warm up by the natural gas fireplace after a great day`s skiing in winter or hiking in fall.

OUTSIDE
Swim at the end of the dock, or beside it where there is a small sandy beach. Cook a nice dinner on the BBQ, eat outside, and enjoy the view of the sunset over the lake. There is a spot by the water for an evening fire.

1 paddle board, 1 kayak and 1 pedal boat are included with the rental. They are located under the balcony in a designated area; please return them there after use.

THE VILLAGE
In 1928, following the construction of the Paugan hydroelectric dam in the municipality of Low, the village was flooded and relocated. This flood turned the small Lac Sainte-Marie into a much larger lake. Since then, the lake has become a popular spot for vacationers, who have built cottages on its shores.

IMPORTANT
There are cameras outside the cottage.

10 logs are provided for the fire. Additional wood is available at $23 for 10 logs.

The dock is installed between May and June and removed between September and October, depending on water levels.

If you bring more than 1 animal, an extra fee of $25 applies for each additional animal, charged after the reservation is booked and confirmed.

Guests must be 30 or older to book. ID verification may be required.

LONG-TERM STAYS
For long-term rentals, select 31 nights or more to receive the monthly discount and avoid taxes applied to nightly stays. Reservations over 3 months include housekeeping every 8 weeks.
Cats must be declawed and dogs maximum 50 lbs. Please take note that if you have more than 1 animal, there is some extra fees of 25$ for each additionnal animal. It will be charge after the reservation is book and confirmed.

Great spot if you're in the area. Very well kept and comfortable. The place is fully updated and has an incredible view of the lake. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. We only stayed for one night but would definitely go back.

Great for a family getaway

Modern cottage, well stocked, many watercraft to help you explore the beautiful lake. The dock was great and has a small beach next to it, perfect for kids. The marché is walking distance and has everything you need. We spent a week in August with our kids and everyone loved it!

Picturesque, cozy and fresh

We arrived to a beautifully clean and freshly renovated cottage. The view is stunning, the snow abundant and the aprez ski in the hot tub needed!The main level is well organized and the open area in the basement was ideal for bulky ski boots & winter gear. Zero complaints and a fantastic weekend was had by all.
