Amazing property. Will return. We were in town for an event and the property was in a great location to the event and amazing local eateries. Will be back in 2026!
This house as so nice. It was sparkling clean. Nicely decorated and plenty of room for me to read upstairs or outside while my hubs watched football. The linen closets were stocked with towels, sheets and blankets. Gorgeous October weather didnât hurt. We sat outside and down on the dock across the street. Although we dined out at night we enjoyed lunches outside or in the kitchen which was super cute. It had the most up to date appliances and a cute bar/island and stools. It was filled with all the essentials we needed. I would definitely like to go back next year. All in all we enjoyed a much needed relaxing long weekend.
Fantastic house to spend time by the lake. House had laundry which was a great addition to our stay. Great view of the sunsets each night. Definitely recommend staying there.
Everything was great except for the pull out sofa but those things are never comfortable. Great f at pot, great location for boating and seeing a show at Bank of NH Pavillion.
The house was very nice and comfortable for four of us. Even though it rained each day, there is plenty of nearby shopping. We always try to do short term rentals when we travel. A couple of suggestions - the house had no wash cloths, no can opener, no salt & pepper shakers. Towels racks in the bathrooms would be a huge help. The listing indicated a hot tub and 2+ bathrooms. There was no hot tub and two full baths. There was no welcome booklet with local restaurants, points of interest, wifi info., etc. We accidentally locked ourselves out the first evening because we pushed the lock button that only opens by key. Communication with the host was a challenge. There were moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The dryer didnât seem to be drying clothes - we found insulation stuffed in the outside dryer vent.
We enjoyed our stay, but these tips might be helpful in the future.
Thank you.
