Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff While the staff was friendly and did try to be helpful, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. Our first room (Room 101) was unclean, ant-infested, and had visible black mold in the bathroom. At around 10 PM, we were forced to switch rooms because ants were coming out of the chair in the living area. Unfortunately, the second room (Room 115) was no better — it also had ants, spiders, and mold in the bathroom. We woke up to find ants covering our beds and nightstands. The only immediate solution offered was snacks and a bug spray treatment from maintenance. Eventually, I was given a full refund, which I appreciated, but the conditions we endured were completely unsanitary and unacceptable for any guest. I’m also attaching pictures from both rooms to show the state of the accommodations.

Nice area and grounds, poor maint and breakfast.

Design of the hotel was great. Quiet, secluded design, comfortable beds. Nice walking areas. The problem I had with the hotel was the cleanliness was poor. Dirty common areas, elevators. The breakfast are was well designed, but the food selections were poor. The reg coffee was weak, and the bold coffee was not bold. The diced fruit was not edible- no taste at all. Overall, not worth the premium price.

I booked a room with them while traveling & right before we are about to arrive at the property they called me and stated that they did not have the room available that I booked. They offered a family of 4 adults a room with ONE king bed. I told them that would work for our family and they told me that I had to reach out to hotels.com since I booked with a third party. I did that & the agent contacted them to cancel the booking & I booked a room at a different hotel. Now they refuse to give me my refund and we did NOT even stay at their property. Would NOT choose this hotel as they clearly have terrible customer service or values..

Nice overall but couldn’t help when I needed it.

The tv wouldn’t change channels. When I asked for a discount price for the room because the amenity wasn’t available they told I booked through hotels.com and nothing they could do.

The overall experience was just ok. The window drapes were torn and the overall repair of the room was not great. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, and the staff did not fix it even after it was reported. The water fountain near the gym was incredibly dirty and the water coming out of it was gray and opaque. It seems like they need some updates and replace some of the older equipment.
