vrbo review*****What a fabulous villa!. The house is beautifully decorated with the discerning taste of a professional decorator, but comfortable, impeccably clean, with plenty of space to share with your family and friends. We especially liked that every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with all the modern conveniences. There is a lower and upper veranda which offer a restful, beautiful country landscape with the ocean in the not-too-far distance. During the month we were there, we caught glimpses of a passing goater herding his many goats, and a horse woman on horseback trotting by. The walking trails around the house were a great challenge and gave us breathtaking views of the ocean among the cliffs, and surrounding hillsides within minutes of the villa. The house is in the middle of the Algarve so perfectly located from a travel perspective as every town was within ½ hour to 40 minutes, every day an adventure. The closest town, Carvoeiro, is popular with the tourists for its charm and character, friendly people, well-stocked markets, and quaint shops.The hosts, Sigrun and Arnie, were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They have literally thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.We will definitely be back! Kathy
