Casa Mandalin, villa with private pool between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo
Casa Mandalin is a wonderful holiday home located on the calm development of Presa de Moura, near the idyllic fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, at short drive from several beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, museums, water- and amusement parks. There are several restaurants and minimarkets within walking distance.
The ground-floor comprises two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a dining area, as well as a separate laundry room. All sliding doors and windows to the terrace are equipped with electric shutters and there is underfloor heating throughout the house.
The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and a terrace with beautiful ocean views. The adjoining lounge/office comprises a double sofa bed.
A beautiful mature and spacious garden offers several (shaded) seating options, (partly covered) terraces, a barbecue and a large pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers and a shower with warm water.
There is parking space on the property and there are two e-bikes (1 mens and 1 women) available for rent at extra cost.
