Apartment is located in a secure complex, with 2 swimming pools for adults and children, a unique feature within Lagos Marina. It is close enough to reach all that Lagos has to offer on foot, a car is not required. Guests staying in this lovely complex can enjoy the exquisitely maintained gardens with sun loungers and parasols. The garden area is gated to ensure it maintains its exclusivity and to provide privacy for its guests. There is only a small number of apartments on this highly sought after complex which has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and offers its guests the space to unwind and enjoy its fantastic facilities. There is a great supermarket just across the road to the rear of the apartment which opens till 8:30 pm. There truly is something for everyone here and with everything on your doorstep, and it is also ideally suited for families. Balcony is secure for children, it is a easy and very scenic walk to town. Apartment is very nice

Property location is nice, walking distance to the city Centre and beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped. However check in process was very confusing and misleading. We received email that we can check in at 11am but when arrived at the city we were told that the apartment will not be available until 7pm due to someone paid for extended stay. Communication with staff also wasn’t t very good

Nice trip to Lagos

The flat was conveniently located with easy & safe parking. The pool was great. Being right off the marina made it easy to access activities and restaurants. The flat had good access to the ocean breezes but it was.nice ro have air conditioning too.

Super appartement - mauvaise gestion

Séjour de 4 nuits. Le logement est bien situé, près de la marina, à 10 min d’une magnifique plage et à 10 minutes du centre ville, il y a un supermarché à côté. Le logement est grand, avec une terrasse donnant sur la belle grande piscine. (Propre, avec plusieurs chaises longues). Par contre, le mobilier et l’équipement sont usés et désuets. Lits inconfortables (nous avons mal dormis), vieux draps, couvre-lit taché, les essuies vaisselles étaient sales à notre arrivée. Le grille-pain ne fonctionne pas. La machine à laver défectueuse (a taché nos vêtements). Nous avons averti le propriétaire qui ne nous a pas répondu. Pour prévoir le check in et suite à l’arrivée, on ne fait plus affaire avec le propriétaire mais avec une compagnie de gestion. Toute demande faite est restée sans réponse ou refusée (même des sacs à poubelle et du papier de toilette!?!) Lors de l’arrivée, la personne était à l’heure pour nous remettre les clés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Lagos mais ne conseillons pas à cet appartement.

Location close to shops, pool area was very relaxing only negative was maintenance of outside, painting and scaffolding was in close proximity to our balcony. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Ideal apartment for short stay in Lagos

This was a lovely apartment in a quiet part of the marina complex. Being situated in the corner, it was not gettting the sun on the balcony fully (we stayed during the first week of May; thus this may change later in the summer); but the advantage was that the apartment did not get hot (we didn't use/need the AC units) and it had a lovely view across the marina to Lagos. The kitchen is well stocked, but there is limited worktop space for food preparation if you need to/want to cook. Although I'm not sure you'd want to cook, given the fantastic restaurants in Lagos - the best of which is the Don Sebastiao; we always eat there when we visit Lagos. English language channels on the TV are limited; and it would have been

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely, clean & in a great location. Communication with the property owner was excellent throughout. However be warned there is not enough sun beds or umbrellas around the pool area, all of them are ‘reserved’ with towels on them by 7.30am….The only option then being to lay on damp, lumpy grass!

Nice place, great location.

The condo was very nice, clean, great patio with a pool view. The location was perfect. Walkable to town and the beach. Check in was easy as long as you had cell service to be able to make calls. I’d recommend this condo for sure.

Lovely stay

A really conveniently located property - a pleasant 20 minute walk through Marina into the Town and opposite a large supermarket. In a quiet area. The apartment was lovely with everything you needed on hand. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back to Lagos in the future.

Perfect location

The apartment was situated in the perfect location for us (we were there for over six weeks) with easy access to everything, really loved being on the marina with nice views over Lagos. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by the management.

Lagos Marina

We stayed in this property near the marina for 9 nights . Communication with both the owner Nurul and the agent Adrian was always easy and straightforward. The apartment is located a few minutes from the marina and a further 15 min to town. There is a large supermarket just across the road . The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped with all we needed . It's on the second floor and there is a lift as well as stairs . The pool is big but could do with a few more sunbeds in high season . Overall a very nice area and a lovely apartment . I would go back again .

Lovely Spacious Apartment. Great Location.

My wife and I took this apartment for a one week break in September and really liked it. Comfortable double bed in the main bedroom and, conveniently, two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a shower over the bath. Very good water pressure, but be careful the water can get very, very hot! I can’t speak about the comfort of the two single beds in the other bedroom as my wife used it as her dressing room. The apartment felt secure and is in a quiet corner of the Marina area; just a short stroll to the bars and restaurants nearby. A 10 - 15 minute walk will take you over the bridge and into the abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars within Lagos town itself. A Pingo Doce supermarket is just across the road from the apartment. We had a hire car and parking was just outside the apartment block in a quiet side street off the main road. WiFi proved to be very reliable and if you want television then English speaking news channels are available amongst others. There’s also a DVD player which you can switch to. The provision of a safe would enhance the overall security but wasn’t a big issue for us. It was our first visit to Lagos and we would not rule out using this apartment again if we were to return. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spacious apartment at the Marina

We stayed 8 nights in this great apartment over Easter. It was perfect for us! The apartment itself is spacious (2 bedrooms), modern, well kitted out and feels like home! The agent Adrian could not have been more helpful. He helped us with any queries we had and was very friendly. A bonus for us was the wifi and the great access to TV channels - the kids were delighted! There is a good sized balcony which caught the sun in the afternoon. Although we didn't use the pool much as it was still chilly enough over Easter, we did sunbathe round the pool area. Its massive! Lots of loungers and great green spaces - the pool is massive too and there is a small kids pool. All very well kept and maintained. The location for us was perfect. We love the Marina side of Lagos - its beautiful and you can walk in a few minutes to the Marina where you find lots of good quality bars and restaurants. Lagos is a great resort - something for everyone and the restaurants are top class. We will definitely go back and we would love to stay in this apartment again!

Second time and second nice surprise

We have been visiting this place second time this year. And we have been surprised even more then first time. Apartment was clean, very friendly service,quiet around. Owner responded very fast - this is very nice adress in Lagos. Everything you need - you will find in the kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, pingo is so close,parkinkg with easy access , superb location.

Excellent, maybe a update of the T V is needed

We have been going to Lagos for over 25 years. Love the place. It was the first time we stayed in an apartment, the one we choose was excellent. It met all our needs. Very pleasant stroll through the Marina,passing loads of bars/restaurants that cater for all taste and prices. Another 5 minute walk and you are into the centre of Lagos. My wife, a friend,and I are all aged 70 plus and had as good a week with wall to wall sunshine as you could wish for.

Bon emplacement, logement propre. Résidence propre. Très bon restaurants au port à 5 mn à pied. Clim présente dans chaque pièce mais impossibilité de régler la température. Télécommande HS La gestionnaire devait revenir vers nous avec une télécommande qui fonctionne mais nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelles
