Beautiful detached villa, 10 minute walk to Porto do Mos Beach. Built on 2 levels this spacious villa has air-conditioning throughout together with wifi and smart TV. 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket and a number of bars/restaurants. Leading off entrance hall is a sweeping staircase upstairs to 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Entrance hall leads off to downstairs modern bathroom and large open plan living kitchen/dining. French doors lead to beautiful space including seating/dining area with pizza oven and barbecue, all of which overlook the beautiful pool and sun loungers.

Please note that where winter discounts are applied guests are responsible for their own laundry and linen changes during the stay, however final cleaning and laundry is included. The property was great for our holiday during New Year. The property was clean and tidy with great outside space. The pool heating worked great and we were in it everyday. We did find the living area was a bit uncomfortable due to the sofa on one side being broken, but there was a great range of tv channels. The position of the villa was perfect with a 10 min walk to the beach with a great beach bar, and a 20 min walk into Lagos itself. The pool did have a load of loose tiles which my daughter was diving down and collecting and she left them on the side by the washing machine. The washing machine was perfect as it meant we could keep our packing to a minimum. The BBQ was great and perfect to cook on. The heating worked well but is a bit loud. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the knives were sharp which is a bonus. I think to sum it up - would we stop there again - yes we would.

Our family of 4 adults and two children had a lovely stay at the villa. The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the supply of sunbed towels and as we were staying for 10 days had a mid stay clean and laundry change. The host was very responsive and local management team very helpful.The villa is well situated with walkable distance to beach and cliff top boardwalk. We did not have a car and didn't need to use the larger supermarket as planned as the local supermarket stocked everything we needed and was only a short walk from the villa. The fresh bread and pastries from the supermarket were excellent. I would recommend local cafes and restaurants for a more authentic and friendly offering within walking distance and in particular Brasao Restaurant, Sunray's Kitchen and Snack Bars Girassol and Pinguim. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa in a great location.

This is a great place to stay. Super clean and very well-equipped. Just a short walk to the beach and there are some good restaurants nearby if you don't want to go into the old town. Also close to a large supermarket and theres a mini-market 5 mins walk away. The host is also very helpful and responsive to communications. Overall highly recommended!

We enjoyed the Villa for our 28 days stay there in December ‘24. We lucked out with the weather, many sunny days and were able to enjoy sitting outside in the sunshine in the front courtyard. The Villa is very roomy, and our friends and family enjoyed having their own room. We cooked almost all our own meals using the modern kitchen. Half way thru our stay, property management came changed all bedding and left fresh towels. As it was December, the pool never got warm enough to use but we enjoyed the chase lounges for several days. All in all, a great stay.

Lovely villa with fantastic heated pool

Wonderful stay , house has nearly everything you could want - only things we missed were very minimal like ice cube tray, spatula for eggs at breakfast and light in en suite didn’t work - really were little things that had no impact on stay. Host and property manager accommodated earlier checkin requested. Great location for Lagos and 10 mins walk from beach . Overall a lovely stay - would stay again if we’re in Lagos

Absolutely stunning

We highly recommend this villa as a place to stay in Lagos. Perfect location for us, just a 20 minute walk to Old Town, 15 minutes to Praia Do Mos, which is the best beach in the area in our opinion. Very quiet area but close enough to be near everything. The check in process was easy and we were recommended a very good taxi firm to pick us up. The villa is spotless and they even sent in cleaners halfway through our stay to change towels and linen. The kitchen has everything you need to be be able to prepare lovely meals and the whole villa is very spacious. The pool is lovely and provides the perfect rest bite from the Algarve heat although it isn't cold, especially compared to the sea which is absolutely freezing! The owners clearly have a huge pride in their villa and if in the area again would certainly stay here again. One restaurant you must visit is Antonio which overlooks Praia Do Mos and the setting sun, with the most stunning sea food you could wish to find. All in all a wonderful experience.

Great property close to the beach, cliff walks and town

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved it. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lovely pool. We stayed in November so didn’t use the pool much. The owner replied to queries very promptly which was appreciated. We loved it here.

Had a great time at the villa. Ideal location, pool was lovely. Well cared for villa and we had all contact details provided should we have any queries/problems but we never did as it was perfect! The best stay in the most relaxing and beautiful villa!

From start to finish Cara & Mike have been nothing but accommodating! Fantastic hosts, always quick responses! The villa is AMAZING! I felt right at home as soon as we opened the door. The downstairs kitchen and front room is newly furnished, brand new kitchen it seems. The pool from photos, looked small, but when we saw it, it’s a big pool which gets great sunlight. 5 min walk to the beach, and €3 into old town Lagos. Honestly couldn’t have been a better stay! Thank you Mike, Cara and the helpful management team! We had a great holiday!

Lovely villa

We had a great stay here. Villa just like pictures, well equipped and spacious with a nice little welcome pack on arrival. Big comfy beds, good showers, great air con! Pool also lovely. We didnt bother with a car and caught ubers everywhere which are cheap. Nice restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches - nearest beach about 15 minute walk, but steep climb back to the villa. We had a great holiday and may return one day.

lovely house

our stay was overall pleasant. the host are just a text away and very responsive. the house was clean, however it was misssing some toilet papers and cleaning products. the pictures are accurate. the house is close to restaurants, beaches and market at walking distance. there's resorts around but not to close to the house. it is perfect for a family or friends getaway
